Episode 7x13 - "And They're Offed" **CONTAINS SPOILERS**

We're being invaded... There's a Russian behind every bush! At least there is in Miami.:guffaw:
And they're taking pictures of the team!I think the Russian mob is going to be around for a while.Even with Ivan being locked up,the mob is going to be causing major problems.

Okay, so the whole team presumably went out to a place called Brennans and Calleigh didn't show? Okay, it's nice to know that this team does get together off hours like the Vegas team did/does, but why can't they ever show us that?

Glad to see that Ryan was protecting Mark when he was kicking butt and not doing anything bad. I loved his "yah!" yells as he punched the bad guy. It cracked me up. And him being all tough action guy was nice. It looked good on him.

 at Eric's expression when Michael told him that when the horse drew its ears back it meant it didn't like him.

Someone gave the horse cocaine? Ugh... thats mean.

Okay, if the baddie is caught who's taking pics of the team? And the thing that pisses me off is that Natalia wasn't included in this sequence. She's part of the team and was working the investigation too! Why is she excluded? Ugh. :brickwall:

Maybe the picture taking involves Eric's father (and Ivan is just a smoke screen/red herring). I'm sorry, but I can't get this out of my head... I keep coming back to the spoiler/rumor that Eric would find out he has a brother he never knew about. I still would love to have Ryan turn out to be Eric's half brother... and that's possible cause we don't know a whole lot about his family. Ryan could very well be adopted. If that's the case then the guys would share a father and its him that has something to do with the picture taking and Calleigh's picture was just to throw us off.

I don't think this is the place to ask, but does anyone know when this will come on again that isn't 1 or 2 in the morning? Will it be on anytime tomorrow? Or know someplace I can watch it? I had to miss it because my dad had to watch his hockey game. >: ( And I figured it'd be on at 12 but noo, and my dad won't let me stay up til 2 if it's on at 1. Anyone at all?

Wow! Tonight was awesome. Ryan was kicking ass...that was cool. I never knew he had it in him. LOL

WTF is up with people taking pictures of Eric, Calleigh and Ryan. I hope nothing happens to Billy's dad. He was too cute.

Calleigh and Eric....OMG! what can I say other than are you freakin kidding me. But I'll take that elsewhere.

All in all good episode, now we have to wait two weeks. :scream:

Tonight was awesome!!! Does anyone have any theories on what happens with the Russian mob?

Calleigh and Eric! He is SO sweet!!!:luvlove: Calleigh, come on! A stable guy?

When I saw those candies....I almost died! He is so sweet!!!!!!!!!!! But ryan with kicking butt was amazing! I thought it was so cool...super ryan! i loved how this episode played out...but ouch! i never knew they did that to horses and livestock! sounds so painful :[ thats just mean...and a terrible way to die!

Sometimes people put it up on YT

Thanks. Gah, YouTube. Great.

Anyways I hear good things about this episode, from reading this and from talking to some people through MSN that saw it. Creepy ending I guess? Picture taking? o_O I'll see it for myself somehow!

Pretty good overall but again, why do the guilty confess so willingly and quickly!

-nice fight btw Ryan and the Russian baddie, an (ultimate?) fighter at that! He held his own very well. Go Ryan! Is he becoming Super R? Great that he was looking out for his sponsor and son while they were being targeted by the Russian mob.
-love all the horses, beautiful. I must say after seeing all the same aerial and panoramic shots of Miami and whatnot, it was refreshing to see the horses running on the track. I really enjoyed the horse racing scenes, especially with the slow mo of the horses in full stride and the different coloured jerseys of the jockeys (of course CSIM won’t be CSIM without the filtered cameras)
-anyone notice Ryan’s shiner disappeared when he showed up at Trace lab in his nice suit. Hmm, he heals fast
-I love Travers the new English trace fellow, liked his nice quip about “every Englishman does his time at the horse race” or whatever he said! Hope they keep him and we get to learn more about him
-they didn’t give the computer gal much to do this time (Jane I think); she might end up in the computer techie CSIM graveyard
-that was really sweet of Eric to give Calleigh the chocolates, one of the small steps towards their romance I hope!
-felt bad for the original owner of the horse, but resort to murder?
-Ivan, we really don’t much about this guy at all other than he stole some bookies records and collecting debts from whomever he can, leaving a trail of bodies. Did like the smirk he gave H when he was in the car tho!
-I really don’t know where they’re taking it with Ryan, Eric and Calleigh being targets by the Russian mob. I really wish for once it’s not related to Horatio and a mob guy’s revenge on him and to eliminate everyone around him. How many enemies can one man have and never have a scratch on him afterwards?!?
-did anyone noticed the editing error when they were showing what the team were doing (Ryan, Eric, Calleigh) supposedly at the same time after work but when they show the original horse owner being hauled off to booking, it was the same shot shown earlier with Eric and Calleigh still in the same interview room?

I have to say that I loved this episode. IMO, it was far better than the last one

Good to know that the whole team hangs out. Calleigh's missing a night was a nice touch to show use they all go out together...as a team.

Ryan's fight. At the same time it was hialirous (especially when H told Billy to stay inside the Hummer pretending that everything was fine exactly when Mark got slumped against the door ).
Loved Jonathan's faces, but hey it was pretty intense.
My fav. par of this fight was when Ryan kicked the guy out from the window as if he was Chuck Norris (Walker Texas Ranger). That was cool .

I really enjoyed his plotline, though I felt for him when Billy told him "No you won't!" That was pretty sad.
But the thing that I enjoyed most was the fact that Ryan was protecting a family. In very few moments you can see this side of Ryan and it's always nice.

I just love Travers. He's one of my fav. labrats ever also because he's not that goodlooking as we were used to. He's a really nice character and his british accent is fantastic.
I also loved when he explained Delko why the hose put his ears behind .

Loved also when Delko looked for the gun and he was scared by the horse.

Delko leaving that truffle in Calleigh's lab...well it was sweet.

Now onto Calleigh & the horse. I just loved it. It was so nice to see her riding a horse and taking care of him.
When she tested him for cocaine, well it was nice.
As for Terrance, he's a really nice guy. You can see he loves that horse :adore:

The ending scenes, well IDK whether you noticed it or not, but we had one pic of Ryan, one of Delko and 2 pics of Calleigh.
Does it mean anything? IDK whether it means something or not, but it got me thinking.
I really think Calleigh is gonna an important target of this Russian mob:p

Loved last night's episode. :D

There was a great mix of humour, action, forensics and a story that actually made sense. :)

Ryan's fight. My entire family's face looked like this: O____O

Finally, they're giving him some actual material to work with. I wonder what the little boy meant by they won't be seeing him again. Probably has something to do with the person at the end taking the pictures of the team--who have now become targets by some unknown evil force.

More Calleigh and Eric moments in this one. Seems like they really want to drag this out. :p My heart broke a little when Eric bought her the truffles (after she mentioned they were her favourite--I was guessing he'd go out and get them for her) and Calleigh was off riding with the stable boy.

Horatio's been seeming less holier-than-thou lately which is a good thing. It's nice to see him doing his job, making those typical 'Horatio' threats and all that without the God complex. At least that's what I saw.

This episode was pretty easy to follow and wasn't completely far out either, I'm feeling spoiled this season.

I really liked this episode. It was waaay better than the last one.

It's so good to have a Ryan-storyline. It doesn't happen very often. His grrring noises during the fight were really funny. And yes, he was definitely steaming!

This ep felt a little more old Miami ish. I completely forgot about the trash guy though I should have totally known it was him!

Despite Billy and father leaving at the end, I hope we the kid again. I wanted a little more interaction between Ryan and Billy.

My only complaint is this: Is it just me or does Horatio always act...what's the right word...condescending towards Ryan? The way H talks to Ryan is like a father scolding his kid. And it seems like it's like that a lot.

Overall, great ep! A-

Uhm...my turn.:shifty:

I liked the episode, really nice storylines...not boring and with some hilarious moments!
I liked at the beginning when Delko asks Calleigh why she didn't show up the night before, first of All because it's nice to know they spend time together as a team, even if it could be nicer if they could show us something!, and because the situation with the two coworkers working and doing chit-chat was really enjoyable!

Ryan storyline was interesting, I don't like him being violent but the fact that he was protecting his friend and the kid was really sweet! Really Ryan!

H was something like the old H I loved, really good! We have H-child interaction, one-line, sunnies and a bit of Miami guardian...a bit of something is always nice!

Delko made me laugh because you could see he wasn't that comfortable near horses. I haven't liked him lately but the scene with him looking for the gun was hilarious! It was sweet of him to go buy the truffles for Calleigh, of at least I hope so...do you imagine him taking them from the crime scene? :guffaw:

Calleigh was great. Emily Procter was one of the few actors who looked comfortable with the horses...she was more than comfortable, she was actually loving it! I liked every scene with her even if I'm starting to miss some good ballistic lab scene, our tough-as-nails ballistic expert at the gun range!
The scenes with Terence were really good. He was quite a gentleman and you could see that Calleigh was enjoyng it written all over her face and in her I'm-on-cloud-nine smile! Her smiles really melted my heart, she hadn't smiled that way since Speedle!

Good job this time, hope they'll keep it up...I'm waiting for next episode...;)

Quite honestly, I think it was pretty difficult for him to order and get those truffeles from Chicago in less than one day :shifty:, but hey it was nice :p

Thank you! I was thinking the same thing and it was bugging me but I wasn't sure if I should say it! :p

Well there's nothing bad in having the doubt he brought the truffles from the crime scene to Calleigh :guffaw:.
It's just odd, not that bad.....after all :shifty::p

All I got to say is wow!!!

What an entergetic episode! Ryan kicked some major butt!! And he was still looking good! *drool*

That ending got my mind going in circles...some serious mess is going down and this team is going to be changed by it. I know one thing, this will not be the last time we see Ivan, from what I'm getting from the last few seconds and the pictures of Calliegh, Eric, and Ryan...he has some big revenge in store for Horatio and this team!

I can't wait two weeks for a new episode! I need to know now!!!

I completely agree with you!!!
