Re: Episode 703 And How Does That Make You Kill? ***CONTAINS SPOILERS*
What the purpose of this sentence?
She let Eric know she read his file??? Well there could have been far better ways to do it even w/ a little sentence like "you'll be ok". Knowing Eric's fixation for her this sentence could have mean more than the sentence she said.
Did she want Eric to know she read his file??? Well the sentence "we're a good team" was useless.
Usually it's useless in every kind of occasion & this one prooved it.
Did she want Eric to know she has feeling for him??? Well....unless she's cold like ice, this wasn't the way to do it. It's stupid that people are like Eric & Calleigh always at the same point wihtout any progression for 3 years.
They want them together?? DO IT for god's sake. It's an agony
Now that Jake is "away" she could easily show her feelings (if she has them) for Eric, but she never does it.
I'm not saying that EP did wrong in this scene 'cause it was clear that "we're a good team" was for another kind of scene, she had to tell it, but it was completely out of context in a scene where you're trying to tell the other person you read his files. She could have said thousend of other sentences referring to his file. This one the wrost one 'cause obviosuly it was for another scene.
As for Eric investigating I'll always say that he has a bullet in his head, he's suffering from hallucinations, he has problems, he's changing shrink. How can he work?????:wtf:
Ryan was fired because of his gambling stuff, but, seriously, I prefer a person who gambles to investigate on my murder than a person who barely speaks because of a bullet on his head.
Since this show is about science I'm always shocked whenever I see Eric working.
I know this won't change anything but as GNRF said more than once it's disgusting that TPTB write these storylines. It's as if they thought we're all stupid.
I know a person w/ a bullet in his head can't work.
I know that a person who goes to the shrink can't investigate on her murder (or the daughter's one).
I know that a person who investigates on the murder of the shrink can't read her files about the patients.
I think 90% of the USA population knows these things, but, they still write these storylines.
No matter if they always do it, they mustn't do it:scream:
*rant over*
I know that there were those sentences in Eric's file, but I don't understand the use of a sentence like "we're a good team" in the last scen. To me it was out of context.Eric shouldn't have worked on this case, no matter if they wanted Calleigh to know his feelings for her. He must stay at home during these cases.
The case was pretty good, but the whole context was absurd.
Loved when Calleigh read Eric's files, Kudo to EP . Anyway it was disgusting to see such a bad scene 'cause, I'll always repeat, it's against any kind of rule. No matter if it's useful for a possibile romantic storylines between Delko & her in the future, you can't write this scene in a Crime Drama:scream:. How is it possible that they can do this???? I hate whenever I have a scene like this even if it can be useful for a possible storyline in the futuure.
Also the last scene between Calleigh & Delko was way odd. What was the purpose of a sentence like "we're a great team"??? It was completely off the context. I think I know what was the real purpose because I read Eric's files in the scene before, it was written "Team" so I'm pretty sure that it was for another kind of scene, but they didn't cut the scene to make another one in a better way. They kept the last one we saw & the smile of EP (it was for the original scene, the one w/ the team stuff written in the proper way) in that scene was completely off context.
What was w/ the facial expession of both H & Delko???? Can Delko try not to grin whenever he talks, he's talking about his dead shrink w/ Calleigh & he has that grin on his face.
There was a lot on that file page about him, not just the word "team". That page also had the words "...he was going over the edge...", "...able to keep him steady..." and of course Calleigh's name. But, he has no idea what was in the file, nor is he completely sure she read his file. So he doesn't know she knows how he feels. Here she was giving him the opportunity to tell him. But, he didn't and asked if she read his file. While she didn't admit to it, she did allude to doing so when she asked if it would matter if she did. So, when she said "We make a good team", I think she meant not only that they DO make a good CSI team, but was also hinting that they would make a good couple. She wanted him to tell him how he feels. So, in my opinion, her comment was not out of context.
