The only best thing about that movie most is of course, when Eddie gets to dress up in that Santa outfit and come on out for us.

Oh, and the close up on the hockey mask of course.

You sure do :devil: Not to burst your bubble too much though, Eddie doesn't have like a lot of scenes. On the plus side, there's a lot of other good looking guys in the movie as well
 
my brother said the movie was pretty boring. i haven't seen it yet, but if eddie's in it, i doubt i'll be able to find it boring.

i should probably watch it by myself though. people aren't going to take to kindly to me squeeing every time eddie comes on screen. *shrugs* oh well. i watch movies better alone anyway. there's no one i'm annoying.
 
at least you guys get to watch it, i can't even find a copy of the movie's VCD or DVD in any shops in where i live..

that's life...

Oh ok. Thanks for the heads up. I would have been expecting him to be a main charater in the movie. But other good looking guys is always welcome too. :D

Yeah Eddie's character isn't the main character but he is actually the most important player on the team. He plays goalie Jim Craig. The main character is Kurt Russell. He plays the coach of the Olypmic Hockey team. The movie was about him and about the fact that the USA beat Russia for the first time in 20 years. It's based on a true story. Hey, Eddie's in it so that was enough for me.

iluvroadrunner, I can't believe your brother thought it was boring. :eek: I thought it was one of the best movies I've seen. Not just because Eddie's in it either. I'm sure most of you (now I'm showing my age :rolleyes:) weren't even born when the USA beat Russia in 1980. I was a teenager, 13, and it really was a major event and gave America hope again when other aspects of the nation were kinda bad. I don't know if your brother saw the actual 1980 game but that does make the movie all the better.

Outsider, I love those pictures. Especially the blue eyes blazing out from the hockey mask. :devil: That was such an intense part of the movie. The actors didn't do the major skating parts but they did get out on the ice in uniform and skate. I listened to the commentary on the DVD and Eddie said he didn't realize getting hit by a hockey puck could be so fun.

ETA: Oh hell no. Those are definately NOT contacts. I have blue eyes too and mine are the same as Eddie's. Only difference, I have blonde hair.

Great Miracle pics!

I haven't seen the movie, but his hair is scary in those images. I guess we can chalk that up to it being a "period" piece. Scary late 70's/early 80's hair.

I much prefer his newer short CSI cut. It shows off his smirky grin and blue eyes, IMO.
 
I agree kasmith101. I prefer Eddie with his short cut hair, but I don't mind some length on him. It were to take my pick though I would go with the short hair. :)
