**Big hugs to the Angsty Twins!** I do LOVE the flirting, and I will admit to having my moments of liking angst! Don't claim victory over me yet though...I like this debate with you two too much to give in! :lol:
As for our ship becoming canon, I must say I would love that! I don't want it to take over the show, and I think it could be dealt with very tastefully and so that it was a back story that still made us happy! But I think the fans who want it outnumber the fans who don't and being one of the fans who does want it...I say "Go For It!"

When they eventually get together I don't want sappy. Comforting maybe but I will shoot the producers if they making it all floaty anf flowery, that kind of thing just doesn't suit them. Jealousy would be kinda cool or it just happening.
I hope it doesn't happen to early in the season because the are so cute when the flirt and get on each others nerves. One things for sure I don't want it to be the centre of the show maybe just occasionally snippets.

I've always thought - as do a lot of DL shippers - that everyone else is going to see that they're meant to be together before they do. So, here's my little imaginary scenareo:
DL are just having a nice little moment - nothing mushy, they're just getting along nicely - and Flack walks past the room they are in, back-tracks, and looks in at D & L maybe laughing at something. Flack pauses and shakes his head. "Nah, couldn't be..." as he continues to walk down the hall.
Because CSI has rare comedic moments, I would like to see something cutesy, but funny happen. I liked the whole DL scene in "Nechrophilia Americana", where Danny just makes the "Don't eat 'em" comment. I think I'd just like the whole 'they're on different cases, but how come they still manage to be in scenes together?' thing. LOL.

So yeah...that's what I say. I just don't like this thought cuz it opens the way for major angst! AngstyTwins you here? Cuz every other time TPTB do this, have a couple that are practically together and are basically "in love" but haven't realized it...TPTB always bring in a 3rd "triangle" character to cause major angst! The kind of angst that I really, really do not like! So yeah, as long as TPTB don't add in a love triangle for either character, then I could be okay without canon...but I still really want canon.
