OH don't worry about Mia..it was a nice shot of her..

I felt bad when Catherine asked her to step out. It was necessary for the case because they needed to keep everything so hush hush, but still poor Mandy.
 
What was interesting about Cath asking her to step out was that she actually questioned it this time. Usually, from what I take from 'Mandy's' personality, is that she's pretty easy going and don't question certain procedures. I could be wrong, but...it's just a personal view.

Great that Sheeri is scheduled for at least the first half dozen episodes of the season.

I can understand that, and you have now learned this for future reference, we can appreciate the reason you posted it, but I am sure you can appreciate the reason why we can't allow it. So thank you, and as you pointed out folks know where they can find it. :)

Maybe the reason Mandy questioned it was because she felt like she was doing her part to help Warrick.

I'd like to see Cath and Mandy as friends - and I think it was friendly because Catherine was looking out for her. She didn't want Mandy to get any flak from McKeen.

Great picture - she looks gorgeous!

I think Mandy was more confused. All of a sudden Catherine was all secretive, and even though we know that Catherine was in a way protecting Mandy's job from the "if the undersheriff finds out" scenario, she doesn't know so she's got to be a little startled to be asked to leave her lab. It's sort of like the evidence-abandoning in Redrum, but without the inevitable consequences.
 
Is it just me, or has anyone else spotted something that looks like a tattoo on Sheeri's right hand? I think that's what it is anyway. Guess I'm gonna have to go through some screencaps to see if I'm right or wrong about this....lol

I can totally see what you mean though about Catherine trying to protect Mandy from not getting involved directly with McKeen's case.

No...she's sporting the short style in that pic...it's from the 'you kill me' episode...speaking of which, the commentary on that episode from the season 8 dvd set, the labrats once again shared their comments etc on the episode. But what made me laugh was how great of a sense of humor that Sheeri has (well... they are all amusing). She seems to be more outspoken in this one as opposed to the labrats commentary and it's great...she's hilarious.

I wish someone could tell me the whole "Oh Mandy" scene story and how that came about. I know this is a ship question more, but it would be funny to find out whose idea was it to have Nick sing to her. I'm thinking George because he's known for coming up with pop culture references to scenes but you never know it might have been Sheeri.

I don't suppose there's a way for non dvd owners to watch that clip? Sheeri looks beautiful in that pic and I'd really love to see her talk about those eps, but unfortunately there is really nothing in season 8 that would warrant buying the dvds.
