Yep, that's definitely after Anna had her baby - I don't think we got spoilers for the finale until the end of March (so they didn't film it until April), and she had her son in February.

Unfortunately, they kind of give away that it's not one of the characters pictured that dies. Of course, what they do do is make you think it could be Flack or Danny (or Adam) since none of them are pictured.

It looks to me like Lindsay has her ring on, but even if she doesn't it wouldn't surprise me because she's in the hospital. In the real world they make you take your jewelry off during your stay.

I certainly understand where you are coming from, but I was allowed to keep my jewelry on while in labor, and later, while I was in maternity. Then again, I didn't have a C-section, so there was no need to worry about that. Some hospitals are a little more open to things like that. Just a little. But, you are right that many still don't allow jewelry at all in the hospital.
