I was wondering if someone could make me an icon and maybe even a banner by using this pic.
And I would like to have "New York's finest" text on it.

Now I have just a one little problem...which icon and banner I'm going to use. :lol:
It's hard to decide.
You could always rotate them.

There's never too much Smacked icons or banners. I think people should do more animated ones. Just a little hint hint for those who make icons.
