CSI: Miami/New York Crossover: A Love That Won't Give Up!

Wow guys, I’m loving the FB! So keep it coming ok. You guys are awesome!

Part 5: Welcome to New York! Part 2!

When the plane touched down in New York, Mac gave a sigh of relief. He was home and he had his family with him. Mac looked at Chelse and Breanna who were fast asleep and couldn’t help but smile.

“Ice, Bre? Come on girls wake up.” Mac said as he shook his girls to wake them up.

Chelse moaned then opened her eyes. She looked over at Mac and gave him a smile. She sat up, careful not to wake Breanna, and took a look around.

“Where are we Mac?” Chelsea asked tiredly.

“We are in New York sweets.” Mac said with a grin as he kissed Chelsea.

“Cool! Bre sweetie?” Chelse said as she gently shook Breanna.

“Hmmm?” Bre said in her sleep.

“Come on sweetie, wake up!” Chelse said gently.

“Are we there yet?” Bre said as she slowly woke up.

“Ya Blaze, we are. We are in New York.” Chelsea said with a grin.

The quartet stood and got their bags. Mac got a cart and they got all the boxes that Chelsea had packed. They set their luggage on the cart and headed for the front of the airport.

As they stepped out into a nice sunny day, Mac groaned when he saw who was waiting for them. Stella and Flack. Or the ‘Two Love Birds’ as he like to call them.

“Don’t tell me Stel, we got another one?” Mac asked as he walked up to them.

“Sorry Mac. I know you wanted to get Breanna and Chelsea settled at your place first.” Stella said sympathetically.

“We still can. Stella, you and Flack go to the crime scene, which is at?” Mac asked.

“The Endicott house.” Flack stated with a grin.

“Ok. I’m going to take Horatio, Chelsea and Breanna to my place so they can get settled. Then we’ll meet you there.” Mac said as he loaded up the Chev Avalanche.

Mac drove them from the Airport to his apartment. Between Horatio, Chelse and himself, they had all the stuff in his place in no time at all. Mac sighed and walked over to his daughter. He knew it was asking much but he could trust her.

“Ok, Blaze now listen to me. Uncle Rai, Mommy and myself have to leave now so you are by yourself. Now I’m locking the door. Do not open it for anybody ok. Mommy and me will be home with Uncle Rai before he has to leave.” Mac said with a grin.

“No prob dad. I’ll try and have some this cleaned up while your gone.” Bre said with a grin of her own. Mac nodded and ruffled Bre’s hair before he left.

For the rest of the day it was busy. Mac had Chelse working two cases. He had he share Ballistics with Stella on the Lydia Johnson case and then she also working the Henry Darius case. Mac wanted Chelse to get use to the Ballistics lab.

Stella showed Chelse how everything worked and told her that she was saving the team a whole lot of headaches by doing what she agreed to. Chelse just grinned at her.

She finally got to have a lab to call her own and she was still out in the field as well. Now Calleigh and her would be joined at the hip when she went to visit Miami.

So for her first case working for the New York Crime Lab as the Ballistics expert, she set to work. Stella gave her the information that Horatio had told her, and she started to run the bullet through the system in New York.

10 seconds later, Stella and Horatio were walking into the Ballistics lab. Horatio opened his mouth to say something, when a loud, excited scream broke through the air.

The three of them rushed in the lab to find a very excited Chelsea Caine jumping up and down with a full-blown smile on her face. Chelsea started dancing. She started doing the conga dance around the table.

“Well Chelse, you seem impeccably excited. What happened? Did Billy Idol die and leave a $1 million dollars?” Horatio asked in a amused voice.

Chelsea jumped straight in the air and spun around with her right hand clutched on her heart and gave her brother the deepest death glare the world had ever seen.

“Horatio Matthew Caine! Didn’t Mom always tell you, it isn’t polite to sneak up on people? Especially siblings.” Chelse said.

“And to answer your question brother dear, the answer is No! But I did find something your going to like.” Chelse said with a grin as she wiggled her finger for him to come take a look.

“Am I?” Horatio asked with a grin.

“Oh yea I think you will bro!” Chelse said with a grin of her own.

Horatio looked at the screen that his sister pointed to and then looked back at her. He gave her a grin, a nod and a wink. Horatio was proud of his little sister.

“You’re right sis, I do like.” Horatio said with a cocky grin as he Chelsea and Stella left the Ballistics lab together.

The rest day, Mac and Horatio worked different cases until Horatio, Chelse and Stella solved their other case. Horatio and Stella that H could take Rosie back to Miami with him. All H could do was grin, which caused Chelse to laugh and shake her head.

When they finally caught up with Mac, he filled them in on what they had so for. Chelse couldn’t help but grin. They had finally caught Henry Darius, and Mac even grinned about. They took him to central booking.

The hardest part for Chelsea and Breanna was saying goodbye to Horatio. But told them both that he would see them again, all they had to do was think real hard. Plus they could always call. Chelse watched her brother board the plane. Her gut was telling her she would see him real soon.

Next chapter: New Story!

Chapter 6- Summary: Chelsea gets attacked at a crime scene by a man from her past who is working for Rick Stetler and is also a serial killer connected to Miami. Breanna goes back to Miami with her parents only to be raped and nearly kidnapped.

Part 6: The River in my Soul!

Rated: PG13
Mild Language

Chelsea and Mac woke to the New York sun shining through their window. They shared a smirk and Mac decided to snuggled closer to Chelsea. She laughed and sighed. Chelsea knew she would have to move soon.

“Mac, you’re going to have to let me up!” Chelsea said with a smile in her voice.

“Nope! Because you’re nice and warm and I’m comfortable.” Mac said with a contented sigh.

Chelsea laughed. Sometimes could like a teenager or a child with his favorite teddy bear and she was the teddy bear. She stretched and felt Mac move again. She couldn’t help but grin at his antics.

“Mac settle down! We have to get ready for work soon.” Chelsea said with a smirk as Mac turned her on her back.

“We have plenty of time, besides, I put in a word with the boss.” Mac teased as he ran kisses along her jaw line to her neck.

Chelsea sighed and wrapped her arms around Mac’s neck. With that being said between them, Mac spent the rest of their morning showing his love. He made hot, rough, passionate love to Chelsea that left her wanting more.

2 hours later, Chelsea and Mac exited their bedroom, both showered and dressed for work. Chelsea had a sated smile on her face. Mac gave her wink that said it all.

Mac got breakfast ready and Chelsea set the table. 1 minute later, Breanna walked out of her room dressed for school. She had a smile that said Aunt Stel is going to love this.

As they family of three sat down for breakfast, Chelsea’s phone rang. She gave a sigh and answered it. Just for one day could have breakfast with her family before she was paged.

“Caine!” Chelsea barked into her cell.

Chelsea closed her eyes and sighed. This was going to be a long day. She hoped it would be joyful after this.

“Ok I’ll tell him.” Chelsea said as she hung up. She looked at Mac.

“Don’t tell me, let me guess! We have a crime scene right?” Mac said sarcastically.

“I’m afraid so.” Chelse said with a grin as she stood and put on her holster and her badge. Mac tossed the truck keys. Chelse gave him a look.

“I have another truck. Danny dropped the truck off last night and took the subway home. I’ll meet you at the crime scene. Where is it?” Mac asked.

“At Lake Placid. The camp ground.” Chelse said.

She gave Mac a grin and then kissed him goodbye and told him she would she him at crime scene. Chelse drove with a sigh. Chelse hated days. Her gut was talking and that wasn’t a good sign.

Chelse arrived at the crime scene and got grabbed her gear. She walked towards the crime scene with perpous. Walked up to the uniform who turned around.

“So you’re the Ballistics Expert that detectives are calling “Stone Cold” am I right?” He asked.

Chelsea just grinned at the uniform. She couldn’t help it. It was funny, what kind of a nickname the Detectives gave her.

“Det. Chelsea Caine.” Chelse said as she stuck out her hand.

“Officer Ross Reed!” The uniform said as he shook Chelse’s hand.

“What can you tell me?” Chelse said as she walked to the body and took a look around.

“He was found by the caretaker, who’s over there.” Reed started to say as he pointed to the man.

“No id, and you goin hate this,” Reed said grimly.

“I have a feeling you’re goin to tell me anyway.” Chelse grinned.

“There were no witnesses. No body saw or heard anything.” Reed said with a sigh.

Chelse snapped on her gloves and to process the scene. She took look at the body. She opened her flashlight and took a closer look at the wound. She looked up at Reed. She reached her kit and pulled out an extra pair of gloves and handed walked over to Reed.

“We you be a gentleman, put these on and help me please?” Chelse said in a perfect Southern Accent.

Reed grinned and slipped them on. Then walked over to the body. He kneeled beside them.

“What do you want me to do?” Reed asked as he looked at Chelsea.

“Look at this wound and tell me what you see.” Chelse asked as she shun her light on the wound.

“Well we know it’s a bullet wound. No hesitation marks, no GSR on the wound, so entry was clean,” Reed said as he flipped the victim on his side.

“So the bullet went straight through. A through and through.” Reed said with a grin.

“Correct. This tells us that the Vic was standing when he was shot. And,” Chelse said as she found a shine fleck on the dock.

“Our bullet was a sniper bullet. A .223.” Chelse said off hand.

“But that’s just a guess. I’ll know more when I get it back to lab.” Chelse said as she placed it in then evidence envelop.

Chelsea continued to collect evidence as she saw it. Reed went to question the witness by his car. Chelse went to pick up her evidence from her scene with Mac, when she heard a sound. Instantly she pulled out her gun but all of sudden her world went black and she was seeing water.

Part 7: I call Your Name!

Mac arrived at the crime scene after he drove Bre to school. He could tell his daughter missed her friends back in Miami. With it being close to summer schools were almost done. But Breanna was doing all of her course online. And she would be finished in one more week and she would find out from he principal if she graded or not.

Mac had to smile. Brea was trying to adjust. And he was really proud of her. He pulled up beside Reed’s squad car. He got out and took a look around.

“What we got Reed?” Mac asked the officer.

“DB, male, no id. Det. Caine took care of the scene. This is where it gets creepy. There were no witnesses. No body, even the caretaker here,” Reed said as he pointed to man in question.

“No body saw or heard anything.” Reed said with a sigh.

“Now that’s strange. Maybe,” Mac started to say when he heard a scream.

“Reed I thought you cleared the scene!” Mac stated frantically.

“I did. There was no one there when I left.” Reed said in a panic.

Mac took off running when he heard the scream again but this time it was his name that he heard in the wind.

“MAC!” the voice screamed.

Mac’s Marine training kicked in and sped up. If he had heard right, then that was Chelsea that screamed his name.

Back at the crime scene, Chelsea was struggling with her attacker underwater. She looked up at his face and her eyes went wide with shock. She pretended to go limp. Her attacker smirked and then broke surface.

He swam to the shore and got up on dry land just as Mac and Officer Reed arrived at the crime scene. Chelsea came to and broke surface. She sputtering and coughing. She looked at her attackers back.

“William Parker, you son of a bitch!” Chelse screamed.

Will turned at the sound of his name and glared at Chelse. He pointed a finger before he took off.

“You’ll pay for this Caine. Mark my words, you and your precious daughter are in for now.” Parker said.

“Vaya hasta infierno!” Chelse said without missing a beat. Chelse was very fluent in Spanish. So she knew how to tell someone, who happened to be a suspect, to go to hell.

Parker growled and then took off running with Reed close behind him. Mac on the other hand wanted to Chelse was ok. Chelse sighed and swam for the dock. She lifted herself up and sat there with another sigh.

“Are you ok Querida?” Mac asked using Spanish for her.

“Si novio si. Hacer no preocupacion!” Chelse said with a smile. Mac laughed and crouched down beside her.

“That’s easy for you to say. You my sweet, are always telling me don’t worry. Well honey, I could have easily lost you. Stubborn Woman!” Mac said good naturally.

“You love me Querido. You can’t stay mad at me.” Chelse said with a grin.

“You’re right Precioso!” Mac said with a gin as he helped her stand.

They grabbed her evidence and walked towards the trucks. Reed came walking back and shook his head grimly. Well it seemed that Chelsea was going to be paying her brother a visit very soon. The one man she was going to shoot would Rick Stetler who had William Parker released on parol because he vouched for him.

Chelse was going to take her sniper rifle and blow a whole clean through Rick. But first she was going to kick his ass and then she was going to blow Rick Stetler sky high.
