if you have adobe photoshop and if you go to
window>Character

this box will open with all the fonts and everything.
sometimes i have a lot of i will play with the
"A V" (it had two arrows below it) that helps to make the font
seem tighter! and i also play with " AA" (the second 'a' is below the other 'a') and the two arrows are to the left of the A's.
this helps to tighten the line distance-- im not very good at explaining it. see how in this forum, from line to line there is a little distance between each line? This option allows you to tighter or make further apart the lines. that also helps.!!

I looove those icons, amazing job. the calleigh one is my favourite, i love the dublicated image, it works well with the colouring and the imagery. awesome ;)

Really?!?...that'd be awesome..Shall I PM you with ideas?...And oh! I'll give the text thing a shot later and share the final result....(although I don't have adobe photoshop I'm sure there'll be a way of "tightening" text in fireworks)...

Yup, you can pm me with the pictures and what you would like it to say.
and you can let me know kind of how you want it done, like if you see an example from my icons you can let me know. or colouring wise.. i can always make a few of each icon and have you decide what one you'd like!

I'm sure theres a way in fireworks.. it could be a matter of just finding out what it's called.

As well, i love your new icons. The first one is totally my favourite. The natalia one is amazing too. i love the colours in the icons, great job.!!

I've just realized how dark it is! I thought it was my computer screen! My bad :lol:.
 
Your icon was so awesome! I look forward to a rematch. Mine came out much lighter then I wanted it to. I swear icons look diff on my computer, in photobucket and on here! :lol:

I love your icon as well. The green in it is awesome definetly suits the picture. I dont even know how's that possible or if that makes sense, but regardless, its amazing!
