Thanks. I just used a program called Instant Photo Effects 2 that I downloaded a while back. It's got the heart locket frame. It only let me add one pic though. So, I had to save it like that and then open it later in Microsoft Picture It and make the cut out in heart shape of the other pic and then add it to the other side of the locket.

I decided to try to make one of those icons with the animated smilie. Didn't work out to well cause I had to cull so much. Plus, when I pasted the smilies onto the icon, I didn't get them all the same size. :lol: So, it's kind of crappy looking. Here are mine from the animation challenge:
