I finally got to see this episode and I thought it was GREAT! I loved the beginning with the training exercise - just fantastic and great group bonding.
Catherine and Hodges in the AV lab was hysterical. Particularly just the moment where Catherine fixes Hodges mistake.
The whole hostage scene with Ray and Riley was great, because I felt it gave us more insight into the characters. I'm really enjoying both their characters.
The final scene where Catherine hugged Ray and was comforting Riley was great too.
Best part of the episode? There were two. The scene of Catherine leading her team to the crime scene, then leading them out again. AWESOME.
