CSI 8th Season Cover Art DVD

Hey, I didn't say I agreed with a Billy-only front cover!!!

I'm just saying that the poster's speculation was a possibility!!

I have all 7 of the US releases. Seasons 3 and 7 have Grissom and Catherine on the front cover. All the rest have the entire team, minus Greg and Brass.

I wonder how come they have never put Doc Robbins on the cover. I don't think they put Sofia on the cover when she was in the credits either.

You can see the list of the season 8 special features here now. Ugh. Deleted scene. I bet we know which deleted scene it is.
 
That's a ridiculous bunch of stuff to put on an already shortened season of DVDs. Audio commentary on TWO episodes? A deleted scene that is probably the one we've already seen on You Tube? This thing better be in the bargain bin pretty quickly.
 
I agree, Smokey. We're paying for something we had nothing to do with.

Plus the cover makes it look like the Grissom show...please this is supposed to be an ensemble cast!
 
I agree with what has been said. I think it's quite disrespectful for the other actors who work as hard as William to make this show go on not to be on the cover, regardless if they care about it or not (and I hope they don't).

Also, even though the cover art looks rather cool, with the city background blended with his face and all that, to me it doesn't look enough like CSI. For me, the whole cast makes that show, and they should all be in all DVD's. Or, as someone else mentioned, at least put them all on the backcover.
 
It is very disrespectful to the other cast members who work very hard to make the show.

I ain't buying this till its re-released with the WHOLE cast on the cover.
 
I don't really get why it says that Liz Vassey "stars" in it. ...She's a recurring character. I like her and all, but this sounds like a typo. Or some ploy to see if we pay attention. I'm doubting the second one.
 
Notice the back cover (love the cast photos) says: "One beloved character departs - another dies." Seems like they are confirming Warrick's death.

I thought that the promo for the premiere pretty much confirmed that. But, you know, that is sort of an annoyance for anyone avoiding spoilers (not that I am). If you just thought that it was a spoiler-free DVD cover, you might not be very happy.

(Then again, I figured that Warrick was as good as dead from the way he was shot. But whatever.)
