Conquences: The Trial

Stella's mouth dropped at what Danny had said, she really didn't know.

She turned around to face Mac and gave him a little glare for not telling her, she then turned around and whacked Danny, "Why didn't YOU tell ME, Hooker Danny??"

She began to wonder if she should glare at Flack to see if he knew too and didn't tell her.
 
(I'll wait for Lindsay or Danny but I bet they'll have to be makeup naughtiness later lol)

"I think so. I just want it over with and Delko to pay for what happened" Nick replied.

"Sorry" Mac replied to Stella. "I hate when things get this complicated, it seems like every choice is a bad one" he sighed. "Although it wasn't my...I'm just the messenger..." His eyes had a "I hope you forgive me eventually" look.
 
(haha....yeah..... :p and if what reports say about pregnant women are true... :devil: haha I think I got that off a cartoon :eek: :lol: EDIT: No, wait, that was my dad :p :lol:)

Alyssa was stuck in traffic of all things. She had just gotten to the court house and walked inside quickly, making a quick mental check list of who was there.

Lindsay was getting an un easy feeling from just looking at the way Danny, Mac and Stella were standing......then Stella whacking Danny one. She giggled softly but went over to check it out anyway. "Stella, knock it off, I dont want my man murdered in a court house" She joked
 
Mac gave them a "I'm staying out of this" look...He didn't want them to break up again but he didn't want the whacks directed at him either. He just hoped Stella would leave it up to Danny to tell or not to tell.
 
Danny had to make himself stop fidgeting. He needed to talk to Stella alone, but that wasn't gonna happen right now.

"Hey Linds", Danny said, kissing her on the forehead and giving Stella a can we continue this later pleading look and giving Mac a I screwed up again look. "How about we go find us a seat?

He really wanted as much distance as possible between himself and Stella because Danny was pretty sure Stella wasn't gonna let this go.
 
Stella gave Danny a look that read, We're not finished here, Messer and then she thought, whimp, run away when I wanna talk to him

She mumbled as she turned around to face Mac, "Better be glad Lindsay saved your ass, Messer" and then looked at Mac, and put her finger on his chest, "You have some explaining to do, mister"
 
Lindsay smiles when Danny kisses her on the forehead and wraps one arm around him.
"Yeah, sure, okay, lets go find a seat...." She giggles again as her baby/ies kick her stomach. She grabs one of Dannys hands and puts it over her stomach, saying, "They just kicked again!"
 
Danny spread out his fingers as Lindsay placed his hand on her stomach just as the baby kicked again. He found it hard to contain his happiness. "Oh wow..did you feel that Linds?" he asked too happy to realize that yes she did feel it.

Hoping to distract Stella, Danny turned to her and said "The babies are kicking Stella." He then turned back around to concentrate on the kicks.

Danny directed Lindsay to an empty space near the back of the room. "Let's sit there" he told her, silently hoping someone other than Stella would sit beside him.
 
Stella knew Danny wanted to distract her, for a short minute, she let him.

She grabbed Mac, "We're sitting beside him, He's trying to keep me away from him but its not going to work, and don't you dare tell me to leave this alone, He's going to tell me everything if I have to drag it out of him" and she gave Mac a glare, "And so are you"

Stella grabbed Mac and looked for Danny and she found him and went and sat down beside him, and smirked, and then leaned over, grabbed his arm and pulled him down to her, and smiled so nobody would know what she was doing, "We're not finished with our talk yet Messer, You're going to tell me everything, you got that?" and released his arm and smiled at him.
 
Lindsay just nodded happily at Danny. As they sat down they kicked again and she let out a small squeal. When Stella sat down next to them she smirks, but when Stella pulled Danny over to her for a second, she felt kind of jealous or something. She wasn't really sure what it was but shrugged it off and concerntrated on her stomach, and the happy feeling growing inside her.
 
Danny was starting to feel very uncomfortable. He was enjoying feeling the babies kicking but he was also worried about Stella mentioning the hooker in front of Lindsay.

Danny jumped when Stella grabbed his arm and pulled him down to her. He hoped that Lindsay couldn't hear her but Lindsay seemed preoccupied with the babies kicking.

As quietly as possible Danny told Stella "Stop pulling me down and whispering in my ear. It will be bad enough if Lindsay finds out about the hooker but do you want Lindsay or Mac to find out about us?" He smirked, then turned back to Lindsay, placing his hand back on her ever moving tummy. "Wow Linds, those babies sure are restless. Do they ever slow down?"
 
Stella gave him a glare, how dare he! She doubt he would actually tell Mac and Lindsay, but she shrugged it off and sat back in her seat, and then muttered his way, "I'm going to pay your ass back for that!"

Stella smiled at Mac, "Hey how you doing?"
 
She shakes her head and looks up at him, "No, they have been giving me hell for a while.....I wonder what the sex is going to be?" She asks, remembering Danny wanted to find out what they were, Lindsay would rather a suprise, but for Dannys sanity, she is going to go with him to the hospital after today is over.
 
"Nervous" Mac replied. "I hate being in the middle of all this...I mean, I was glad to help Danny and Lindsay, but I just know you're not gonna like him in a minute..." he sighed. "Oh..." he noticed Horatio. "At least he's all right. Not changing the subject, I swear, that hit by car call had me worried for a while though." He turned back to the situation at hand.

"That's good" Nick replied.
 
Danny looks down at her, a little surprised. "You really want to know what they are? I thought you wanted it to be a surprise?"

Danny starts to rub her tummy and the babies seem to settle down. Wow, Danny couldn't believe that he could actually calm somebody down.

Danny turned and looked at Mac. "Where's Flack? Will the trial be starting soon? Linds and I have plans when we leave here."
