Well I have ALWAYS been a HUGE Liev Schreiber fangurl.. .so when I saw him on a trailer for a new episode I nearly cried I was so happy that two of my favorite things were coming together so nicely...

Anyways... they look great together, and at some stage I'm SURE I will see them together in live action kinda thing XD

I haven't seen Liev Schreiber on CSI yet (stupid delays here in Europe) but I loved him in The Omen and I'm pretty sure his character and Catherine make an interesting ship. I'm usually a fan of new characters but I'm sure he'll grow on me. I'd love to see how things unfold between him and Catherine. :)

Btw, just a little OT question: for how long is Keppler going to stay when Grissom is back?

i don't think he stays for long...
rumor has it that he's going to die....i'm not sure in which episode, but it could happen

I heard that as well, he won't be around long term.. and any , any thing between, is to me a joke, please..he's a quick short term guest, like Terri Miller and Lady Heather. , and many others...their there..and than poof.. gone

I think by now everyone knows that Keppler is not staying on the show
but...

what is interesting about these two and why I think the ship was created is
he drew her in, she immediatly treated him like an equal not an outsider
they obviously have a good working relationship, and with that initially the rest of the team felt comfortable around him

I have yet to see tonights episode (in about half an hour)
she also felt comfortable enough with him to go along with whatever happens...

We'll see

I definitely saw some sparks between them tonight. When Cath said something about faking it (the crime scene), Keppler said "When was the last time you had to fake it?" Sexual overtones in that line, I do believe. And, the second to last scene, they went out for drinks. It was kinda cute. Catherine was almost ragging on Keppler for talking about murderers in the first person & he said that it helped him identify with the murderer :lol: So, even though he may not be on long, I like it for the short term. :)

I think Keppler definitely has a thing for Cath, and she kinda likes him too, but it's almost as if she's afraid to show it. :p

were they on a DATE? was that not a glass of wine next to him and a drink in her hand?

Somehow she needs to get him out of the same dark suit

I never did think that he was gonna stay forever... but a Liev-lover can dream really *lol* BUt then... Grissom would have a bit of competition since I <3 them both

especially after last night's episode

I think he likes her too with the red hair comment in Sweet Jane

So obviously he is comfortable enough around her to make commets like that :eek:

I'm glad I'm not the only one who enjoys these two together! Keppler's an interesting character and I love the way these two play off each other already even though we've only seen them together in two episodes!!!

Keppler is interesting

he seems to keep Catherine on her toes and she went along with his 'reverse forensics' idea although she didn't like to lie to the rest of the team

I love the smirks he gives her too

they are defenately fun to watch ;)
