Dude, Stella could totally do it! Okay, maybe she couldn't carry him off into the sunset physically, but she could untie him and pull him out of there. And then she'd just roll her eyes and ask him how many times it's going to take before he learns. :lol: And if it got romantic, she'd ask for some sort of reward for rescuing him... :lol:

Go along to www.fanfiction.net and look under TV shows then CSI New York. lilbluewitch uses the same user name as here. The Skinning of Danny Messer is looking to be quite a good fic as well. Anyone else read it?

Well yeah, she could untie him but being dragged to safety rather than carried wasn't quite the warm fluffy image I was thinking about.
And if it was Stella who rescued him she should at least give him a cuddle rather than roll her eyes and blame him for being there. Not everything is his fault.

Heh, yeah, I know what you mean. I'm just partial to Stella/Danny. And of all of the character, Stella seems the most heroic to me. Mac's too low-key.
Stella's tough--she's got to keep up the act a little bit so she probably would roll her eyes if he did get himself into trouble. But you know she'd melt a little bit when she looked into those big blue eyes of his. And when he's expressing his gratitude... :lol:

Mac low-key? Heard he got a bit physical with someone who jumped him in the last ep shown in the US? I'm sure he could pull out all the stops if he had the right motivation He was a marine after all :lol:

It's not that he's not tough, but in general, he's a more sedate character. Kinda somewhere between Grissom and Horatio.
Stella, on the other hand, is all energy and momentum.

And I've just been reading some of the posts and I've come to a conclusion why its always Danny who makes mistakes.
1. Cuz the writers know that instead of the fans calling him a dumbass, we just go nawwwww... followed by 'It deserves a shower scene'.
2. It seems to me that Danny is supposed to be the youngest of the group. I was going to say baby of the group but I changed my mind. I get the feeling that Aiden is just a little bit older and perhaps more experienced than him. It would explain why it seems he is still learning and looking for approval from Mac all the time

Wow, I missed the Stargate thing. Well, I guess it's true what they say, "The family that plays together...." David's daughter Riley was on SeaQuest and both their parents are actors too. They're one of those Hollywood families.
And just to bring things back on topic: David and Carmine both did Terror Tract and the original CSI.

Thank you. That's actually one of my favorite scenes, simply for the dressing/undresssing aspect. Plus, there's just something about the way his right arm looks as he's reaching over to pull up the jumpsuit that just makes me go "merow". *does little kitty pounce on Danny*
