Capture the Flag, CSI style

Though she was about to thank Catherine for letting her back into the van, Sara simply stalked off to the end of the car. And sat down with her arms folded over each other.

"Why don't you put them on, Curtis?" Kirsten asked, placing a sarcastic smile upon her face. The blonde had found herself bickering with Sofia's sister in the past, though, the two were able to get along quite fine sometimes.

"Why did you let Sidle back in!!!" Jim yelled after he sat down.

Even tought Ashley could get along well with Kirsten, this time she couldn't tell if she was for real or not. She wasn't going to take any chances and slipped the cuffs around Kirsten's wrists.

"Shut up!" Sara hissed lowly, looking in the direction that Brass's voice was coming from.

With a slight gasp, Kirsten tried moving her hands around. Though, she failed. "Hey!"

"Why don't you come over here and make me Sidle!" Jim yelled as he pulled out his cuffs.

"You lie to me, see what happens." Ashley responds as she cuffs her, but she feels someone put a gun to her head, her gun. "What do you want?"

"Enough Brass!" Grissom shouted a bit too loud for his own demeanor. He was so close to just walking out and not caring what happened.
"Sofia, we either start this thing or I'm walking." Grissom pursed his lips in a way that indicated he was serious. People were getting on each other's nerves and it was not good.

Sara's head snapped from Brass's direction to Grissom's. It had been a while since she heard him shouting that loud, and quite frankly, it was a bit odd.

Kirsten squirmed around a bit, but soon found herself content with sitting still while cuffed. "What's going on?"

Jim sat there shocked that Gil would do such a thing as rase his voice. Jim didn't feel bad for what he said or did, she deserved it.

Ashley replied to Kirsten, "If I knew that, I wouldn't be scaried now would I?"

Riley started to get a bit scared when she heard the safety of a gun get turned off. "This is some bullshit, this was suppossed to be a team building game!" Riley shouted with a crakey voice.

Catherine sat back and listened to Grissom yell at them. She could tell that his nerves were rising, and she didn't want to mess with him. She felt like the peacemaker of the team.

"Maybe... maybe we're sosposed to be at each others last straw and.... and this team building is sove that." Ashlye suggested as she heard the gun drop to the floor. She check her side and it was her gun. No more Mrs. Nice Girl; her gun was now scratched and the next time she was called in to IAD, she was going to be getting her ass chewed out.

Jim knew that he was sitting next to Catherine, how he didn't know. He turned towards her and asked, "You think this team building is going to help us now?"

"That's a good theory." Riley said.

Catherine sighed. "I sure hope so. I think we all need some team building actually. I think it's going to get worse before it gets better though."

"I hope your right." Jim responded as he felt the van come to a stop. "Thank god." He said under his breathe.

"It's not a theory; it's the truth." Ashley began to cry, thank god no one could see her eyes. "I promised my sister I wouldn't tell you guys and I told you all what this is about."

Kirsten sighed slightly, before dropping her head. "Your probably right. Obviously, we do need it..." She said, nodding her head in agreence with her own comment. "I wonder how the nightshift is doing..."

Sara pushed her head to the metal of the van, and allowed it to rest there for a moment. Apparently, all the fighting was getting on Grissom's nerves, and it was slightly frightening.

During the whole trip, Nick was silent, just listening. This was one of those days where when something was said, someone was sure to snap back so he thought it better to just keep quiet. He had felt Sara sit down next to him so he reached over and gave her arm a friendly squeeze.

Warrick just sat there and didn't say anything. He knew everyone was extremely uptight and he didn't wanna get on anyones nerves.

Monicka sat quietly in the dayshift van, listening to all of the mayhem around her. She tried against her will to be quiet, she did not want to deal with the rest of the women in dayshift when they were this bitchy.

Catherine could feel Warrick sitting next to her. She reached for him, and blushed when she felt his upper thigh. She was glad they had blindfolds on.

"You know, I think we do need this, I mean, at least we don't have to work, so that sucks for swing shift." Riley said, trying to bring some humor back into the van.
