Capture the Flag, CSI style

Nick sighed and dialed the number, holding the phone away from his ear, having already listened to it. After the automated message was done he hung up and slipped his cell back into his pocket. "Well.. now we wait."
-------
The Texan was puttering around the lab doing nothing much as graveyard shift ended and dayshift began.

Jessica Huff entered. Her long brown hair pulled back into a braid. She was wearing a loose green shirt and a pair of black slacks. "You ready?" she asked Sofia.

Warrick hung up his phone and walked over towards Nick. "What the hell is going on?" he said confused.

Nick looked over to Warrick, shrugging some. "Your guess is as good as mine, really. Sophia won't tell a thing and I'm not about to ask Ecklie or the Sheriff."

Suddenly a young woman came over towards Jessica and Sofia. Her name was Monicka Covington. "Hey guys! What's going on?" she said confused.

(Wow... sounds interesting... :D)

He didn't believe the note he had before him. When he called he was surprised by the voice on the other end:

'Congratulations! This number is on the list! You are required to be ready to go to your location for your little team building no later then 1600(4pm) or the van will leave with out you.'

He figured it was some kind of joke. When he called Ecklie he was informed that it was indeed real.

After much badgering and vague threats - on both sides - Ecklie dragged Grissom to the meeting place.
"You're grave shift supervisor. You lead the team. It's manditory."

(Aw, I was gonna name mine Jess lol, ah well)

Adelle walked in the door, wondering what everyone was doing in the one room. "What's going on guys?" she asked as she walked into the door, her short blonde hair was flowing lightly as she walked. Her blue eyes were like amethists. They were dark, and majestic. She was about 5'1", and had athletic legs that she was showing off with a flowing skirt that came to her knees. Her black pumps exentuated her slender ankles, and she often wore tanktops, since they were her favorite. Today, she was sporting a red one.

The group of girls stood there in the break room. They had all called the number, but only Sofia knew what was going on. "So, do you know where we're meeting?" Monicka asked Sofia, pushing her glossy brown highlighted hair behind her double pierced ears. She stared at Sofia. Obviously everyone assumed that she would be the day-shift's teams leader.

Sara, who had obviously zoned out into her own little world of thought, finally brought her attention back onto the people in the room. 'Where did all of these people come from?' She wondered, looking about the room with a slightly thoughtfull expression.

Kirstin Foster, a fairly tall woman with dirty blonde hair that fell beyond her shoulders in slight waves, entered the room. She herself, had only just listened to the voice on the other end of the phone. "This is so..." Kirstin couldn't even find a word for it. The girl's head hung low, as she looked at her feet. Though, she soon brought her blue eyes up to the rest of the people, and looked around with a questioning expression.

Sophia smiled at Ecklie and thanked him. She now needed Rick forom Grave. She turned to the Dayshift and said, "Who's missing."

Ashley Curtis walked in and said, "Your own sister is who is missing." She took the note and called the number. She listened and hung up rather quickly. She looked at her sister and said, "When are you going to tell us what the hell is going on?"

"Once everyone is here." Sophia said as she looked at her watch.

It was 1300(1pm) and in three hours, the vans would be arriving to take both shifts away for the team building exercise. Sophia couldn’t believe that she was the only one that she was the only one that remembered what this weekend was, as it was posted everywhere in the department for the last 3 months.

The fact that they would be doing something today rang through Kirsten's mind. She could remember seeing posters up about this thing. Though, the girl had no idea what it was anymore. She remembered being totally ready for it, then, she simply forgot after that one case...Yeah, that was a hard case...

Sara pushed herself away from the table and made her way over to the fridge. Why? Because she could...And, the fact that she was thirsty might have had something to do with it. Not to mention the fact that Warrick was still no where to be found, and she wanted to know what the hell it was that they were doing today.
