Thanks for the awesome pic and words of encouragement. I for one am trying to stay positive. But, after last nights' episode; IDK. The lack of scenes between these two is so diappointing.

I was also dissapointed with the lack of carwash scenes last episode. I usually really enjoy there interrogation scenes but in this one they hardly interacted at all. And then when Cal was back with the suspect later on, on her own- I was yelling at the tv 'where's Ryan'
But, trying to think positively- well, Ryan was barely in the episode anyway so the fact that he had one scene with Cal is a good sign. I wouldn't have put it past them to have had her working with Eric most of the epi, so yes, there is a plus point- thinking positively works !!!

I see in next weeks' promo Cal and Ryan are working together again, so that's a good thing. We'll see how much, it could be a good episode for CaRWash scenes. Cross fingers. :thumbsup:

Yeah last episode was so dissapointing, Ryan was just 5 min. on screen? but at least we got a scene, but nothing special.

I hope next week will be better

Happy New Year! A nice shiny new thread for the new year.I like it. Hopefully 2009 will see lots of good scenes between our pair. I agree with all the lists.1) Definitely need more interaction 2) a return to s3/4 goodness and 3) a good scene in the locker room, maybe involving a hug... 4) character development (esp. for Ryan)
Im hopeful for the coming eps. Maybe Cal and Ryan will have a good scene with Billy, the kid Ryan dropped off at school

I really enjoyed last nights episode; esp. Ryan's scenes. There were a few scenes between them, but just business. I can't wait until some storylines are put to rest and maybe we can get the old flirty banter back. The scene in "Die by the Sword" was like the old Cal/Ryan scenes in season 3 and 4. They had such great chemistry and like I have said before it was unexpected; TPTB had another agenda and split them up.

Me too... I'd like some more of the flirty banter and some scenes with them texting each other back and forth. I want to see what they say in their texts... any ideas? By the way, any new entries for the CaRWash dictionary? If you want, I can post up what we have so far...

I think what I like most about Calleigh/Ryan is they compliment each other. By that I mean she is a strong independent women and he is a handfull at times; with moments of being distracted. She knows how to handle that in Ryan. And he knows how to make her smile and blush like nobody else can. IMO eventually it is going to happen. I don't think it will happen this season; but maybe by season 9 we will see some sparks. :thumbsup:

I especially loved last nights episode when Calleigh took Ryan's arm and "escorted" him into the crime scene. It was super cute!

Welcome CaRWash Love; so nice to see another supporter. We haven't had much to talk about lately; but last night's episode was sooo... cute. :scream: Someone seems to be listening to some of our concerns. Jon and Emily have such on screen chemistry; it has been wasted the last few years. Let's hope we get more scenes of this type, as well as the return of their flirty banter. :thumbsup:

Thank you for the welcomes! Well, Calleigh took Ryan's arm when they were heading up to the crime scene and it was just adorable! I hope the writers are listening! :scream: I would love them to return to their "flirty banter" because they were adorable in seasons 3 and 4!

Welcome CaRWash Love! Glad to have another shipper here. They do have wonderful chemistry together. I havent seen the last epi yet, but im liking the thought of them hand in hand. These 2 were so great together in s3 and 4, how could TPTB ever have dropped that!

hmm... I've been lurking this thread for a while, and felt awkward popping in seeing that a) there hasn't been any carwash scenes in a while and b) I spend some time writing on an anti e/c thread (but I love all you e/c shippers esp those who may be reading this! *waves*), but I decided to write anyways. Hmm what to say, this is my all time favorite ship and i love every scene that they have together! This season I was disappointed that they didn't continue to have these little scenes that I enjoyed in seasons 3 and 4, but I'm thankful that there are some scenes! I hope there will be more scenes this season! I also hope this thread comes out of the grave soon too, because it's sad to see such an active thread die. Keep the hope alive!!!!
