I watched it again last night too. And I agree desertwind that Burn Out is one of the best so far in Season7. 
It was hard to watch Grissom in so much pain. I get migrains so I know what he is going through.
The cat/mouse game with the pedophile was incredible. When Grissom said.. "is that what you think, that he loved you too." or something like that... eeewwww
