Okay I remember making a post about posting two songs. Well I'm doing that now. They kinda follow each other. At least to me it does. I'll list them how I think they follow each other. To me it really reflects Cath more then Gil and Cath but it also makes me think of Gil helping Cath. I don't know tell me if I'm mental after you read them.

Well I can't find the next one but it is from Bambi II and its the theme songs. Its called 'There is Life' By Alison Krauss
 
Oh yeah, I agree w/ u CGF, this song reminds me of Gil helping Cath. The theme of the song is also kinda similar to She Will Be Loved by Maroon 5. And a lot of people think that the song not only fits Cath but also fits Cath and Gil.
 
I don't know why but everytime I am really down I listen to that song. And not only do I think of Gil helping Cath I think of a particular episode in which he covered for her. The one where she blew up the lab. That seems to fit perfectly for that time period in her life. But that song makes me smile .... don't know why its supposed to be sadish.

so upon playing the playstation video game final fantasy viii (which is actually very boring :|), i heard the main theme song, "eyes on me", and then today, i go prowling about the g/c thread. and the kids there were talking about how grissom met catherine, and the general consensus seems to be something about meeting her while she was working the strip club. and so, i went and got the lyrics to this song, and ... some of it kinda works for that theory, you know? like, maybe if she had a little crush on him back then, even. if not, oh well. XD some of the words could even work for present day gil/cath. i'll bold everything that applies, past and present.

by the way, yeah, some of the english in this song is really fuxxed and makes no sense. despite that, it's a pretty song.

Oh yay! imd I know that song! Its a popular song among the FF fans. Im not an FF fan, but my nieces and nephews are.. :D Fab song, and the melody is haunting too.. and the lyrics fits our 'how Gil and Cath met' discussion.
