If it's over PG-13: I think if you want to link it, you'll have to do it in your bio.
If it's PG-13 or under: I think you can put a link. I'm not 100% sure though.

I did rate it at T over at ffnet just in case (rated mostly for mild language), but there are no explicit themes in it whatsoever. You think that would be okay?

Here is the official TalkCSI Rules so everyone understands.

Adult Content: In order to protect those posters who are minors, you cannot post NC-17 or R-Rated material anywhere on the BBS, or link to such material.
 
I read somewhere that you can say where it's posted, but no links so to protect the minors. But check with the mods before you quote me on that one. :D
 
I'd think that if you can mention where it's at, you can email or PM it to interested parties, right?
