7x23 - Collateral Damage - **CONTAINS SPOILERS**

^ Tara's fate is a mystery. I posted earlier(somewhere on the site) that Tara isn't listed for the finale. Either she won't be in the finale because of being fired,in rehab, etc., or there is a big surprise in store for the fans.
Agree with you with the Ryan statement.That would be too large a blunder for me, and would free up that hour on Monday night for something else.
I'm hoping that season 8 will give both Ryan and Natalia(Frank too) their own time to shine.It is time for them to be shown some respect.

Huh...I didn't know Tara wasn't in the final (somehow I missed that...). Like I said, I kinda wonder about her. None of the fans (that I know) are really getting into her. She can be edgy. Quite honestly lets get Alexx who was actually FUN back on right? She was like the mother hen of the team which made her so special. Tara's just...well Tara's really not got any interesting characteristics so far. Maybe somethings bothering her and when she's able to release that then maybe we'll finally see her shine. But until then...we'll just have to see. I'll have to admit though, i don't think I'd shed a tear if she left (hopefully that doesn't offend anyone...we're all friends here right??? :D).
I do agree with both of you. And yes, I do hope we'll get a chance to see more of Ryan and Natalia in the 8th season (OHhhh! Just thinking about it makes me get all excited!!). Maybe some romance in there too??? Maybe just a tiny bit??? 'Cause seriously--it's about time Ryan get himself a girl! Though I have to admit I admire the writers for not emphasizing too much romance into the show. It really should be centered around the cases in my opinion.

What I fear is that Tara will be fired & not show her face in the finale, but then reappear in the beginning of next season & everything will be "straitened out". I guess if I found her character interesting then I'd beg for her to return & the story would keep me on my toes, but she's too new so I really don't feel a thing when it comes to her. Well, besides feeling annoyed. ;)

I agree I hope to see a change next season, but I'll save all that for the appropriate thread. :)

I'm anxious to see how Ryan handles the drug thing, & Kyle too. :p

I actually agree with you a hundred percent on that! I'm kinda getting that feeling too. Like maybe they'll fire her and then have her come back a "new and changed person". If they really wanted to do that why not just make her character interesting from the beginning?? And she annoys me too. Especially like that time when she yelled at Eric and Ryan for messing with her autopsy room. Honestly she could've loosened up there a bit and gone along with the joke.
Honestly what I REALLY want to know at the moment (and I'm sure everyone else does too). What happens with her whole "addiction" spell in the next few eps. Obviously she's not happy Kyle found out about it. And if she's not happy with Kyle, she's definitely NOT going to be happy with Ryan finding out too.
 
^^ I really can't imagine there being an easy way out of this for her, but we don't know what TPTB have up thier sleeves. Lord only knows what they could attempt in pulling off. I admit I'm anxious to see what happens, but I don't know if I'll be happy with the outcome - the writers are very sneaky at times.

Okay that being said, I'm really looking forward to this episode. I love the thought of Ryan being heroic. I just hope that it's acknowleged by his coworkers.

That would be a huge but pleasant surprise.
 
wow. this looks like a very explosive episode lol. i am thinking that if there was a grenade in the restaurant that killed a lot of people and then a grenade in the morgue, then wouldn't it atleast hurt the people in the morgue pretty badly to get the into the hospital. oh well. i am just ready for this episode to come already.

Well, Ryan shields himself and Kyle with a table it looks like. Maybe Tara is shielded by all of her bottles of pills. Maybe they all fall on top of her during the blast and so she's isn't hurt too badly.

Yes, killing Speed off was a bad move. Especially since Rory was willing to come back from time-to-time. I think that would've been great for all the Speed fans. I wasn't too into how they brought him back in Bang Bang Your Debt. I wouldn't think that they would kill off Ryan. I haven't heard anything about Togo wanting to leave like you heard about Rory. I think it would be a big mistake if they did this but I doubt they will.
 
It really wouldn't surprise me if the show cans Megalyn Echikunwoke (Dr. Price). She really never clicked with the rest of the cast or it seems fans for that matter. In the first season, the show canned Kim Delaney (Megan Donner) after 10 episodes for the same reason. The chemistry just isn't there. Then again, Megalyn had big shoes to fill considering she "took" fan favorite Khandi Alexander's place. Who knows, maybe they'll bring her (Khandi) back next season! These last few episodes should be great! Although I'm still waiting for everyone to find out about Calleigh and Eric.

YES! Exactly! Togo WOULDN'T leave the show! Ha! Yeah my friend thinks H is hysterical! She can't ever remember his name so she calls him Horalala. lol. Those sunglasses and his famous one-liners make the show! Can't help but laugh every time!

Haha Thanks :) Wasabi made it for me. I had just been to an aquarium that week and I put up pictures of it on facebook, and the captions were all like, silly fishy, or buck tooth fishy, or upside down fishy....so when I saw that clip for the first time, I was like, OMG! Window Fishy! And somebody talked about naming it, and I guess that one stuck. :) I laughed for like half an hour when she sent it to me ha....:) Welcome to the board by the way!! :)


From what I can telll, there's more people that dislike Tara then people that like her. So maybe TPTB heard and decided to just....take her out..I'm kinda hoping they do.

But idk how people felt when Ryan first came on the scene.

The extended promo shows that Ryan physically grabs Kyle and pulls him towards him. I just noticed this while watching the promo during my recorded CSILV. I did the whole watch-it-in-slow-mo thing. ;)

I also noticed something else. One of the last shots of the extended promo, and it is literally on screen for about a second, is of Tara's face. However, if you pause it you can see quite clearly that she is facing Kyle who is below her somehow. You can see his blond spikey hair in the corner and she appears to be saying/yelling something at him. Perhaps Kyle's hurt and Tara's saying something like "can you hear me?" That's what it looked like anyway.

I can't believe I'm actually looking forward to a Monday! :lol:
 
All I really know is Ryan throws a table down and covers Kyle. From the promo, I'm not sure where Tara is at any particular time. :confused:

Ok. This is interesting.
Cameron West, who appears in this episode, was also in 'Target Specific'. He was the photographer who's camera had all the pictures of the team being targeted, & who was working with the Russian Mob.
