I don't really have an OTP for Miami, but the pairing I ship the most is Calliegh/Eric. I also like Horatio/Yelena and Calliegh/Ryan.

My OTP is definitely Danny/Lindsey, and my second is Mac/Stella. I also like Flack/Stella, Flack/Aiden, and Hawkes/Angell. I want to try writing fanfic, but for now I just stick to reading it.

My OTP is definitely GSR and has always been that. Coming in second is Yo!bling. Greg/Sara and Nick/Sara are cute, but I don't exactly ship them. I haven't written any fanfic yet, but I'm trying to start. I read so much of it though! :D
