I have no clue...I just take my cards to the post office and let them deal with the international/Canadian cards. Sending within the US will just be one stamp, that much I know from last year.

I would really LOVE to give you the addresses, but it's just a rule I have, more of a privacy issue actually, that I'm not giving out a list to anyone who doesn't give up an address to have cards sent to them. Maybe have people who are comfortable PMing you their address for you to send cards...
