Billy's play in Chicago, will run from Nov.13 through Dec.21 so that's approx. 6 week's give or take, that's 2 week's longer than last year:( I wonder how they'll explain his absence, this time?

So how many eps will they have completed by the time they break for the summer? 5? 6? maybe.

I guess I should have been more constructive with my time, rather than spend the day trying to work out in my head how many Grissom-less episodes they'll be in Season 9! Still none the wiser... Hopefully it'll be a half-decent storyline to explain his absence, not something obscure and random that doesn't fit. I'm not sure, but in the end wasn't he only gone for just the 2 episodes during S7? Eps 12 & 13.

They work 'em hard over in the States - 24 episodes each year. In a UK series, drama or comedy etc. You're lucky if you get 6 episodes per series!

It was actually 3 :) but 6 week's is a long stretch without him:(

"Sweet Jane"
"Redrum"
"Meet Market" [it does show him briefly writing the "love letter"
"Law of Gravity" he returns, and meets Keppler!

Oh yeah that's right.... "Meet Market", it was only the 1 little letter-writing scene. Thought there was more... p'raps the scene felt longer than it actually was!

Hey guys! :)

I just want to say "Happy Father's Day" to Mr. Petersen. :)
Out of his love for the Cubbies, I actually bought me a Cubbies tee.
I love my Rocks but I root for the Cubs too!

We've just received some information from Victory Gardens regarding tickets for Billy's play there next year. Single tickets are actually going on sale end of March 2009, not August as planned, but you can still purchase tickets using the flex-subscription.

It's a proud day for Billy fans.

Having a grim week and this is fantastic news. Congratulations, Billy!! And save us two seats for Victory Gardens!

Cheers for the news Pups. Probably just as well they don't go on sale till next year, cos if I'm gonna go in December as well to see his Billyness, I'll need to save money all over again

Just a quick note to say Congratulations Billy on your Star on the Walk of Fame. What a proud moment indeed for us Billy fans.

PS- I am envious of anyone who has seen Billy preform. :vulcan:
