Anyone know why this Amy Hobbs character is part of the recurring cast? Who is she and what storyline are they trying to develop?

Lack of Valera makes this episode a bust already. And just say no to H drama.

I am pretty sure that there is no H drama in the ep. No Valera sucks but this ep looks like it will be much better than last week's.

Gabrielle Christian's IMDB page doesn't list her as ever being in CSI:Miami so I'm not sure why she's listed as Recurring unless she'll be in episodes after this one.

I haven't seen Dean Cain in a while so it's great that he'll be on Miami.

This episode actually seems like they're going for the middle-class family for a change. (Because I think it's about a Canadian family, lol) Hopefully it'll be a breath of fresh air.

Not having Valera there = BIG Bad for me - She has an important role to play in the scheme of things, in my opinion.

Natalia Boa Vista = BIG BIG Bad - What does she do again - apart from shooting holes in the sand pit behind a practice target and peddling her FBI connections? *shrug* Beats me.

In all honesty they seem to me to have dropped the wrong CSI...

Actually Dean was on Smallville 3 weeks ago I think. Great episode, great actor. I was glad to see two Supermans together.
Now I'll see Superman with Horatio Caine. Let's see what happens
