Just watched this weeks Bones! I love this programme more than life itself.

Brennan seems to decide she wants a baby within the space of two minutes during one of those "say what immediately springs to mind" games.

I love the whole Booth: "Whoa!", Brennan: "Horse?" repetition. I also like the shoutback to The Baby in the Bough, and "Dancing Phalanges".

The Stewie thing is weird. It works to an extent, in fact I think the only reason it jars is because I'm such a massive Family Guy fan and Stewie is so instantly recognisable. If it were just a random animated baby (a la Ally McBeal) I would just accept it.

I got a bit nervous when Hodgins and Colin started doing experiments. I don't want any more competition for Mr. Nigel-Murray in the intern stakes!!;)

And finally, Booth's tumour is discovered when he starts arguing with Stewie during an interrogation. Brennan knows about the two previous hallucinations he's had, and she's only just suggesting he goes to the hospital?? The episode ends on a cliff hanger. Except that we probably know he'll survive otherwise how would he be in the final episode?
I think this weeks ep was just amazing :D I loved the ending and everything. I thought that the Stewie thing would be just weird, but it somehow played out nicely. And after this ep I'm not so much agains Brennan having a baby than before, I liked the way this ep showed how she and Booth see things. Haha, it's like I never noticed the case itself.. While watching I was doing other stuff and I must admit, didn't pay attention at all when the show was about the case. Nope, I did notice the watermelon experiment, hilarious, but I think it's mostly because of Fisher, he's funny. And kinda cute. In a funny way, but anyway.

Hey, I wonder why Angela calls Bones Brennan? I thought her name was Temperance Brennan, so it's like .. your best friend calls you by your last name. And Jared calls Bones Tempe. Sounds really weird. I mean it sounds different, not particulaly weird. I'm having a hard time finding the right words right now

I'm so looking forward to next weeks ep.

Tempe is what her brother calls her too. So both her brother and Booth's brother call her by that nickname. That's funny.

Oh I got a huge kick out of tonight's episode

Stewie made me laugh. I don't usually watch Family Guy but Stewie and Booth's interaction was funny.

Brennan was like I want a baby...Booth is like ok. Wow, I didn't know it was that easy...

Angela knows that Bones is in love with Booth, why doesn't she?

I want Jack & Angela to get back together

The watermelon experiment :guffaw::guffaw:
Cam with watermelon on her dress :guffaw::guffaw::guffaw:

NEXT WEEK!
it's gonna happen. I think its "you almost died sex so lets do it and make a baby" but whatever works. Did Booth punch his brother?

Okay, I had to rewatch tonight's episode - Twice. It was too damn funny. But I have a question, when Bones and Booth were talking at the end when she's trying to convince him to go to the hospital, she mentions the hallucinations - _____, Booth's dead friend, the donuts, and then Stewie. What was the hallucination before Booth's dead friend from the ep where they caught the Grave Digger?

And speaking of that episode - didn't they say in that ep that the reason the 'new' prosecutor was brought in was because Caroline Julian (Ms. Loud Mouth Southern Gal) was dead?

And as for tonight, I'm sorry, it was a damn funny episode, and a pretty good case file, but I have some major issues - Booth was all nonchalant about just giving his 'stuff' to make the baby - Brennan and his baby - but haven't we established in numerous episodes he's the type of guy to take responsbility for his actions and his family? I don't understand why he even agreed to that stupid agreement of 'no involvment' in the first place. Although, I guess maybe you could say it was because of the hallucinations?

Personal favorite part - Angela and Cam talking about Baby Bones. "That kid's going to be so cute." LOL.

Next week - YAY! And since the preview aired I'm not putting this in spoilers - Zach's back!!!!!! But how the HELL did they pull that one off? And just who did Booth punch? And why? I really hope we get more than just that little tease at the end with B&B. You all know what I mean... Can't wait til Thursday!!!!!

The first hallucination was Luc Robataile (I know I spelled that wrong) it was in the hockey episode which I missed

Really great episode. I didn't see Booth's "condition" coming that one surprised me

But did they even solve the case? It was like they just left the room and get an actual confession.

Wait... they killed of Caroline? Isn't she the one that blackmailed B&B into kissing under the mistletoe? Why would they kill her off? :(

Whoa whoa whoa, wait what? When? Omg, I didn't even realize that. Shame, Caroline was awesome character, I enjoyed watching every scene she had.

Caroline is not dead. I don't recall the line where they said she was dead, but perhaps they were being sarcastic/funny? I know that she will be in the season finale, as she was shown in the promo.

Have to admit it, I'm torn about the whole baby storyline. As funny as I think it would be, I don't really know if I want to see her with a baby (right now, anyway). Overall, I thought it was one of the funnier episodes. Stewie was hilarious. I never really watch Family Guy, but I actually kind of want to now just to see what he'll say. (Which, by the way, I can't believe some of the things he was saying!)

My absolute favorite part was the whole "say the first word that comes to your mind" game. Best line of the whole episode: "Whoa!" "Horse!" thirty seconds later "Whoa!" "Horse!" I was like oh my goodness, she said it twice.

The allusion to the dancing phillangies from the earlier episode. Also, when Bones was holding that baby and started saying, "You like spacial disorientation, don't you?!" That was pretty dang hilarious.

One thing that kind of bothered me though was that they used the word bastard a ton during that episode. I heard it at least four or five times. (Not that I don't swear every once in a while...) I was kind of surprised to hear it so many times on a network station.

Maybe Sweets has finally admitted that Zach didn't kill anyone?

I've added spoiler tags to two posts. Please remember to use spoiler tags for anything to do with an episode that hasn't aired yet. Even if it was in the promo, some people don't want to know. Thanks.

I really think that the whole season finale will be a dream of some kind from Booth. I know in interviews Hart said that the love scene will not be a dream sequence, but the whole idea of turning the Lab into a night club seems rather strange. BTW, we last see Booth being wheeled into the operating room for brain surgery. You would think that Booth wouldn't be up and around so fast, and if so, wouldn't he have a scare or at least his head shaved?? He did have brain surgery! Unless this takes place much later than last episode. I have mixed feelings about B/B getting together. I mean I've wanted it since season 1, but this is only the 4th season after all. I have faith however that the writers will do their best to make it work. I am so excited to see The Crue! I absolutely love Tommy Lee! Dr. Feelgood is the perfect song for a show like Bones.

BTW, my favorite line from Thursday:
Stewie: Why are you hear at the bank Booth. You have a hot doctor friend, go to her and make a direct deposit!

Stewie: Ohh, look! A pile of porn, delicious! Give me a peek, Booth. Just a little peek at a boobie?

That was actually pretty mild for Stewie, believe it or not!

Great ep. Was that the finale? Or is there another one this week?

Doubt it!

I agree, but I'm interested in seeing how it comes about.

Good point!

But look at other shows, like CSI: Miami, NCIS, CSI: NY, House, even Numb3rs, and you can see the huge character development tha thas already taken place. It may seem like rushing it now, and personally, I agree with you more than a small amount, but, looking back, I think it will seem like they waited a long time.

I loved that quote too!

I thought that the entire baby theme was a bit rushed and, while Brennen's personality can give the time scheme and spontaniety of the storyline a bit more credence, and her concern for Booth can easily explain her quick dismissal of what had previously been a matter of great importance to her, it seemed a decision that should have been taken care of over several episodes, not just one. Although maybe...(Horatio sunglasses line)... maybe it will! (yeaaaaaaahhh!)

(Wow, that was a lot of typing and cutting and pasting!)
