Kripke has said that he wanted to go full force this season because he was sure they weren't going to get picked up for another season. But now that this season is doing exceptionally well (had the biggest increase in viewers for ANY entertainment program, woot!), it's easy to know that we will be getting a fifth one. At least, Jensen assured us that we probably will  They weren't expecting this season to do this well.

So this post is going to be random but I was trying to find a way to amuse myself when I was stuck in traffic earlier ... and this is the conversation I had in my head

Jared played Dean on Gilmore Girls ... Dean's character was Eric on Days of Our Lives Supernatural was written by Eric Kripke, his step-father of sorts was named John ... his mother was possessed by the devil ... and his twin sister was named Sammie

Hmm ... as you can see I was up to think of anything to try to make the time go by

I was looking through my playlist and found a song by Voice Of The Beehive on there that's called "Monsters and Angels". I immediately thought of Supernatural and the impending fight between demons and angels. I'm obsessed!

Wow, I didn't realize it was doing that well in terms of viewers! Outstanding. And yes, let's hope that guarantees the promised 5th season... Although if they continue going for broke this season, they may have trouble finding something to finish with next year! I know what I don't want to see for the ending though- no happily ever after wrap-ups with the boys both finding their future wives and all that. Bleh. I like endings that are more open, like, "Well, we're in a good place now... but who knows what could be around the corner!"

I don't mind them finding a little peace, but I'd prefer they didn't go all Harry Potter finale on us.

Supernatural and Harry Potter  The closet to that we're going to get is that magic episode coming up next year

Alrighty ... got a Sam/Ruby video done ... I hate it, but posted it on youtube anyways

    Whole Lotta Ruby

    * squees *

McG was in London yesterday to talk about Terminator Salvation and show off some exclusive footage (and it looks very, very cool indeed, packed with loads of new Terminator variants). But he’s also the executive producer on SFX readers’ second favourite TV show (it’s official, or at least it might be after next issue comes out if that’s not too much of a spoiler). He’s told us that he is still "very involved” in the show, so we deiced to ask him about the possibility of Supernatural movie:
“I don’t know. It’s up to the fans,” he told us. “Obviously, Eric Kripke is the architect of the show. And Kripke is just such a smart, passionate guy that I’ve laid it out to him that should he ever decide to pull the trigger, and make the feature, I'll be there every step of the way to help to help navigate the tricky journey that it is to get something greenlit and actually made with integrity. So that’s my commitment to him, and it's up to him. He’s very, very busy. What do you think about a season five?”
“Sometimes a show takes time to find its own wings, and I think that show has found itself in its fourth season. If everybody gets together and clamours there will indeed be a film.”

    http://www.sfx.co.uk/page/sfx?entry=mcg_on_supernatural_movie

I think if it's up to the fans, we surely are not going to have any kind of problem getting a movie ;) ... and lol I was just sort of joking about a movie, but reading that they're might actually be one is fantastic!

    Let's see:

"You're some heartless sons of bitches, you know that?"
"We are," The way Castiel just said that so cooly had me chuckling for some reason.

I liked how they made Uriel the more violent of the two and all Castiel had to do was touch Sam and down he went

"Thanks Ruby," I think even Ruby found that awkward.

    "Is he working a job?"
"God, I hope so, otherwise he's at Hedonism in a banana hammock and a trucker cap,"
"Now that's seared in my brain," LOL

"Who was? The plumber? A little snaking the pipes?"
"Dude, you're confusing reality with porn again." :guffaw:

    Pamela!

"You know how I can tell," * grasp * "That Perky Little ass of yours," :guffaw: The looks on Sam and Dean's faces ... "You could bounce a nickel off that thing, of course I know it's you, grumpy,"

"I'll bite, who are you?"

    Whoa ... Anna's an Angel wasn't expecting that ...

But I don't really understand why/how the others are able to bare to hear her talking, if that's making any sense. when Castiel talked to Dean, it had his ears bleeding, I wonder how if she talks everyone can tollerate her.

So Anna's Castiel and Uriel's boss

    "God's little Power Ranger," :guffaw:

"So what, you're just gonna take some divine bong hit, and shazam you're Roma Downey?"

    "Anna gets her groove back,"

"A bunch of miserable bastards ... eating, crapping, confused, afraid,"
    "I don't know, there's loyalty ... forgiveness ... Love."
    "Pain."
    "Chocolate Cake,"
"Guilt," * exactly what I feel after eating chocolate cake *
    "Sex,"
"Yeah you got me there," :guffaw: Dean...

"Out on the road ... sick for home ... waiting on orders from an unknowable father I can't begin to understand," that did sound like Dean :( When Dean said, "I can releate, you could tell by the look on his face that there is something between them.

"It's just an angel and and a demon riding in the backseat. It's like the setup to a bad joke ... or a Penthouse Forum Letter,"
"Dude ... reality ... porn." :guffaw:
    "You call this reality?"

"Dean Winchester gives us Anna by midnight or we hurl him back to damnation," :(

    "Participation trophies suck ass," :guffaw:

"You know, our last night on earth, all that,"
"You're stealing my best line,"

I wanna know what Dean did that was so bad ... come on tell us!

That whole car scene ... umm wow ... Looked like watching Titanic though

"Look at that, so cute when Monkeys wear clothes," he has a nice way to put things.

:D Castiel has a weakness for Dean ;)

"You cut yourself a slice of Angel food cake," :guffaw:

OK ... so who else thinks Alister talks like Hannibal Lector??

    Not Ruby!

Angels sure do know how to make an entrance

So glad Dean came to Castiel's rescue ... did that make Castiel the Damsel in Distress

"Yeah well when you got godzilla and mothra on your ass, best to get out of their way and let them fight,"

"I doubt it," the expression on Dean's face :(

"I can't believe we made it out of there," ... "again,"

:( :( The last scene had me totally in tears.

 at Castiel's face when Uriel said Sam had been screwing Ruby.

    J-Date.

Heehee Ruby's expression when Dean said thanks to her.

    "How's the car?"
"I got her; she's fine."

"Dude, you're confusing real life with porn again." :guffaw:

 at Pamela's comments about Sam's butt. I bet those contacts are a pain to wear.

Anna's an angel? Okay, I kind of thought she might end up being a nephlem (not sure about the spelling, but it's half angel, half human). I thought for a minute there she was gonna say that Castiel was her father. So, she's a fallen angel.

    "God's little Power Ranger." :guffaw:

"You're gonna take a divine bong hit and shazam you're Roman Downey?"

    Godzilla & Mothra.

"Anna gets her groove back."

"Angel and Demon riding in the back seat." haha, I knew he was gonna say that before it even got out of his mouth. "It's like the setup of a bad joke or a Penthouse forum letter."
    "Dude... reality... porn."

Slice of Angel food cake.

    Ken doll

Sam's sleeping with a demon and Dean's sleeping with an Angel. Oh, the irony!

So Dean tortured souls in Hell after 30 yrs of torture himself. Anna's right; it wasn't his fault. There's only so much someone can take before they break. But Dean crying was sexy!

Not happy that we have to wait until Jan. 15th for a new ep. Ugh. Couldn't they give us at least one ep in December? :sigh:

^ Agreed with everything you said, GNRF. :D I absolutely loved all parts of this episode, it was full of angst and humour-- a proven success on this show!

Did anyone else catch the Titanic-like hand print on the window? That had me rolling.

I get the feeling Castiel and Anna had something going on before she ripped her grace out. :shifty:

So glad that they answered most of the questions I had about Anna, 'The Plan' and Dean's time in Hell. Despite the hiatus bumming me out a bit, the episode was a good way to start it out because I'm not as stressed out about waiting.

Poor Dean. *squishes him* That's definitely quite the dilemma he was facing downstairs but I can understand why he took Alistair up on his offer. I'm not sure if I would have lasted 30 years so it's surprising that Dean held out that long. I don't think he should feel as bad as he does but it's obvious that he's tormented by what he did, despite the fact that he was probably torturing some not-so-innocent souls in the first place. He probably feels his humanity was compromised and maybe that's why he feels he didn't deserve to be saved.

PS. Jensen deserves an Emmy for his performance at the end. Those were some serious tears. He portrays Dean's full range of emotions seamlessly. Kudos to him. :) Can't imagine another actor who could pull it off that well.

*sigh* Now to wait for the hiatus to end.

A truly epic episode. I loved how everything just fit together so perfectly and was explained so well.

I'm also quite impressed by the way they portray Heaven and picture the day-to-day life of the Angels - I can imagine that after standing at the sideline for so long, just watching, obeying and never getting the chance to meet the One in charge, Anna got anxious to look for a life elsewhere; that funny heart-to-heart with Dean said it all.

In the beginning when Castiel and Uriel were thrown back by that blinding light, for a second I thought that God had come to interfere, didn't expect Anna to be an Angel.

I think they could bear hearing her speak for the same reason they could look at her without also having their eyes burnt out - without her Grace she was not in her true form. She warned Dean, Sam and Ruby to cover their eyes while she was still changing back, but when she actually regained her Angelic form she did not speak anymore.

I'm still wondering why and how Uriel had Anna's Grace and if we will see her again.:)

I thought that same thing for a split second. I think that was the intention though... to further shock us with the revelation that Anna was an angel. though it didn't shock me that much cause I expected her to end up being at least half angel.

*Sigh* I freakin love this show! It never ceases to amaze me. Especially this season :D

I hope they bring Anna back. I'd love to see what else they would do with her character. Loads of potential there.

Is it time for the next episode yet?

    How about now?

    Now?

    Damn.

Holy moses that was an amazing episode. Damn, I just don't think I could love the show more than I do right now. Fantastic. And yeah, Jensen went and got me all choked up again at the end. He's so amazing with the emotion. Wow.

Does anybody else find it interesting that Dean's sex scenes are always all slow and sultry, and Sam's are usually edgey and and a bit aggressive (but not in a bad way)? It's sort of like how Dean gets the angel and Sam gets the demon... it's like a reversal of their natures in a way. I love the dichotomy/juxtapositioning. Very cool.

Re: Supernatural #2 -Saving People, Hunting Things, the Family Busines

Yeah, I totally noticed: Sam's sex scenes are always about the skin, where as Dean's always about the sensuality.

I just got home from watching Twilight that night, watched Supernatural and I couldn't get to sleep because it was just that good. I was more excited for Superntural then I was Twilight.

Did anyone else notice the connection between Casitel and Anna? I think that we might see another fallen angel in our time. Just my opinion, with how he looked so sad to see Anna as an angel again, and his prior conversation with Dean.

Did I make any sense?

Anyway, it was an amazing episode. Drooled during Dean and Anna's sex scene, cried at how much Dean was crying at the end.

And Genevieve is starting to grow on me. She's sounding more like Ruby and less whiney. I guess I can cut her some slack. It's hard to take over a character that was already portrayed by a different actress and pick up where that one left off. So, I guess I like her. But still upset about THAT sex scene -_- Why Ruby, Sam? WHY?

Yes, I can see that theory coming to fruition as well...

Hey, I forgot to ask- did anyone else think that Alastair had a bit of a weird Marlon Brando thing going? Very trippy.

Um not technically Marlon Brando ... For some reason he reminded me of that short guy on Will and Grace that Karen couldn't stand. If you guys know who I'm even talking about, probably not though I do confuse people easily :guffaw:to me, when he was torturing Ruby he reminded me of Hannibal Lector

And just in case someone would like a black/white icon of Jensen/Dean ... I always try to throw black/white icons together but when I get them finished, I never use them ... they always look off to me. But if you want to use it go right ahead :)

Oh and time for some randomness

Have A Rocking Week...End Let's End With This

 Oh and looks like I'm going to have to make an exception when it comes to one of my top turn offs ... Have a look at what it is But I LOVE Jensen too much to let that stand in the way :D
