LOVE those screencaps!! I'm totally drooling over here just staring at Danny.....he's hot in both that white shirt and green one :drool:.

I especially love the screencaps of D/L looking in the car! Hope we get some good stuff for them in the finale.

At least that one big plus we got out of all this mess...Lindsay is no longer hiding her feelings...this should be interesting next season...

I agree, we still have some unanswered questions and I like to spend my Summer knowing what to expect next season...

Yeah, me too......it's nice knowing what to expect next season, especially since we have a long summer to get through. LOL! I hate wishing those three and a half months away.

Was I the only one hoping we'd get just a glimpse of D&L talking while Mac was giving the little monologue about healing at the end of the show? That would have been perfect and still ambiguous enough to keep us guessing.

I still have high hopes for next week. I just wish there was little more time left in the season.

No, you definitely weren't the only one Cecilia. I would have loved to have seen a scene like that with D/L as Mac was talking at the end of the show........would have been nice. Wish there was more time left in the season too! It went by pretty quick, if you ask me. Maybe because of the writer's strike and everything.

I'm always sad when another season ends. Especially since I have to wait a whole 3 1/2 months before the new one begins. I will miss not seeing D/L for that long. Looks like I'll have to get by on watching past episodes and clips with them.

Happy Snow Day Anniversary everyone!

I'm not so good with dates, but thanks to Stuffy's attentiveness, I know that a year ago today we were all squeeing 'til we couldn't squee no more. So to remember that great day in D/L shipping history...

Well, to quote a line from the show "It's Microsoft's world, I'm just living in it" <- It's the naughty stuff some of us do to be able to watch the new eps asap

No, I hadn't thought about that, but it would indeed have been a great opportunity - just a shot of them walking down the street and Danny wrapping his arm around her shoulders, or a shot of them sitting in a restaurant talking - Aaah, now I'm all fluffy again :brickwall: and it hasn't even happened...great idea though...

Well maybe it's a little shorter this time, they are already working on the first eps for the 5th season and I believe it was mentioned somewhere a while ago that shows would start earlier this year, eg. Bones' next season starts in the last week of August...

I read somewhere that CSI NY will be starting the first week of September, I am searching for it right now as I type OK having difficulties finding it...

As for the voiceover of Mac, (this proves my theory that CSI NY is trying to become One Tree Hill :lol yeah, I was waiting for a DL moment, this time it could be BOTH of them going into a cab to show that NY is once again safe.

Eeekkkk!! Thanks for the pics Dutch! As it turns out, I was just watching the "Snow Day" D/L scenes last night until about 1 am. LOL! I just kept viewing it over and over again till I figured I should probably head off to dream land

I hope your right that it will be sooner this year! Wow, Bones, coming back at the end of August .....that's cool. Never thought I'd see that happen, lol.

A year ago blimey it feels like it was lot closer than that.
Yeah i heard it comes back sooner than usual will make my day after seeing 2 finales today i want it back right now not have to wait.

Would have been interesting if they showed anything last ep but i think they wanted everyone on the taxi killer not getting distracted it was one of those kind of episodes. I think one of the best ways to show that they are getting there would be a shot of them just enjoying each others company or comfort but not in the kiss/sex sense more in the arm round shoulder sense after a hard day.

Correct - LRC is the best episode for Danny shirt porn (as Natty calls it :lol. And thanks for the screen caps Dutch - i love them peering the bump. Didn't we have a similar shot when they found the body left by Suspect X? Maybe it is sign ?

And a year since Snow Day? that means that a year ago, I was an avid viewer of CSI NY and I loved where things were going with Danny and Lindsay. And I happened to look at CSI NY fan fic for the first time ever and saw a lot of mentions for Snow Day which had not aired over here, I think SOoh had not aired either. So i did some digging around on the internet, found Sugahs SODAL, squeed over Snow Day and the rest is history :lol: I think i found this board some tme last summer but lurked on the outskirts of the craziness before joining.

So that is my DL story - anyone else care to share??

^^I was a Miami girl, Horatio & the sunglasses had me in stitches (search for Jim Carey, CSI on YT - trust me if you haven't already seen it), but everything in NY seemed so much more, slick? Dawni, I believe you said NY had the better geeks? :lol: So true!

So I started catching up on NY and I believe it was NWILL that I thought - aww, he's her lobster! Seen a few other eps on and off and then SOoH really caught my attention, one for the DL part & the awesome psychopath that was Criss Angel. Just watching that ep alone, it appeared DL were together. I bought Season 2 & Season 3 box sets just as Season 4 started over here then followed up with Season 1 (RIP Aiden). Then I too got caught up with Sugah's YT (RIP SODL).

Snow patrol was apt for them it was like sooo tellling there story... would be a perfect fic if i had the idea.

Miami is just wayyy to far fetched in a way for me, its CSi..Horatio... not miami.

Its PF tonight in UK oooh the "talk" thing happens... tho as much as i know i'm gonna watch it i'll probably mumble to myself and watch mum and dad moan at me for it. Still has me undecided.

I never got into NY till S2 so i saw what i kind of decided was flirting. It was Mermaid ep which i thought hmm.. when sid made his comment and then Mac spoke to Lindsay after danny had talked to him about her taking it to far.

So it's been a while since I've been in here, no idea why, but messageboards can be soo tiring sometimes, and I'm tired. But I'm here to say hello!

After the shock of RND, I'm beginning to see a possibly bigger picture in all this angst. To me, the process of getting back what they had before is going to make D/L more real, and in a way, more believable I guess. In the past, though they had their bantering and flirtateous encounters, we've never really seen them connect on a deep emotional level. But now we know how Lindsay feels, and we've seen Danny starting to show that he does have feelings for Lindsay too - which go beyond any shallow attraction. If it was nothing more, he wouldn't "miss" her would he? He's getting free sex from the neighbour, doesn't even have to work for it, and he misses Lindsay? Any lights popping up?

All the emotional stuff we've had pr-RND had DL dealing with it on their own, and hopefully, this time we'll get a chance to see their relationship equally on both sides as they work it out.

Fluffy me wants them to make out on the back of a pick-up in the middle of a wheatfield, but that might just be a weee bit too out there.

I watched 'Taxi' a few times. It was a pretty good episode, though the whole Hawkes calling Lindsay 'Montana' scene was just...wrong. *crinkles nose* Danny's the only one who can pull that off. Poor Hawkes

It's good to see happy Linds again. We need them to get back on happy bliss again. How's long that going to take?

I had watched the first season of CSI: NY and although I didn't like it as much as the original (don't watch Miami anymore) I still liked it enough (and I love NYC) to tune in for the second season.

When Lindsay made her first appearance I liked her and since their first meeting in ZY I immediately 'felt' something between D/L, but I was unaware of the whole shipping idea and although I had wanted some TV couples to get together before, I never had it so strongly as I did with D/L. So the larger part of season 2 I just thought that I was imagining things and decided to google to see if more people felt that these two belonged together...and that's how I found Talk

I've been lurking a while and in the mean time tried to catch up with the stuff I hadn't seen yet on Dutch TV and reading as much spoilers as possible - I just had to know what was gonna happen between D/L

I got overexcited when the first spoilers about a possible brief hug in NWILL came out and after I'd seen that ep and (not brief at all) hug I decided to de-lurk...and the rest -as they say- is history...

You're right to put the "miss" between quotations because, although he didn't say it yet, I think he meant much more than that. However bad these two haven been in expressing their feelings I never believed that it was something shallow between them, they just know each other too well to ever be shallow.

Just a weee bit ...hey, one can always dream...
