Season 14 Spoiler Lab Discussion

.........This whole storyline already screams "predictable soap opera", and most fans don't even care  :scream:!

Ehm...I care...
I am glad Elisa...whatever..is gone..
Now I hope they have some sensible storylines for my favourite labtech
(In my perfect world that would means they bring back Wendy..and I am already not amused that there will be a new labtech in 1407 :shifty:

Palm Tree. I was specifically referring to the Hodges/Morgan/Greg triangle. I also really disliked the Morgan/Hodges/Elisabetta storyline, and I'm glad his fiancee is gone, but I don't like this other triangle any better.
I'm getting annoyed that they're dragging this one out again, when I think it's already obvious who she will end up with.

Mirdaishan I could be wrong, and maybe I'm just comparing it too much to what they were building up between Morgan and Hodges in season 13. But these writers seem really invested in Hodges' love life and are kinda making him a ladies man, that I can't help but feel it will be Morgan/Hodges.

Personally, I like Branders and the friendship between Morgan and Hodges, but I kinda prefer any romance with Morgan in the fan fiction-zone than on the actual show.

Little lesson from a gal who's seen too many tv show: when somebody says "we're just friends" it's because they're NOT just friends.

I can't believe they never talked about them living together once married. She's a welloff spoiled girl but he's alomst 20 years older than her! How could you be so immature that age?

An yway, I guess the Italian say "Mogli e buoi dei paesi tuoi" really attains to them.

.

Who knows, Riddick, probably for the same reason they've turned any recent romance involving Hodges into a teen soap, starting with "Malice in Wonderland".

I guess either Liz Vassey has moved on and doesn't want to come back to the show, or the writers have no interest in bringing back Wedges....maybe both?

Mirdaishan, never stop being optimistic :D :D !! Again, I think we need more of that on this site. Sadly, in terms of characters and development, I wish the past four years didn't gradually suck that out of me :(.

Last thing about Hodges and Elisabetta: didn't they once say back in Season 13 that they had to get married within 90 days or so? Maybe time passes slower on a TV show, but I kinda got the feeling towards the end of their storyline that those 90 days had already passed...
But I am happy that we finally got an answer about what's happening to them.

So, now it's counting down till next week's episode - episode 300... I'm still kinda curious to see what they came up with and how it will work with the flashbacks!

Vassey was let go from the show. It wasn't her choice, so she won't be coming back.

As for the new lab tech, the writers  ( don't get me started on them), said they were filming episodes 6, 7 & 8 at the same time and they needed another lab tech. And that it worked well because this tech doesn't know Greg.

I know she got fired, but they could still always hire her back, maybe they didn't or maybe they offered her to come back and Liz turned it down, who knows.

uh....:wtf: what's that supposed to mean??

My guess is, it's the episode where Greg is accused of misconduct.

Might need to be corrected but I thought Liz Vassey only worked for CSI: NY writers.

Mac&Adam Fan, Liz Vassey was Wendy (DNA labrat) on CSI for several years. I forget when she left. :(
You're thinking of someone else - I know who it is but I can't remember her exact name.

I'm hoping they were waiting to find out when ep 9 might air (or the media is really paying no attention to CSI these days). We knew he was on set filming last week.

'CSI' scoop: George Eads will return in November

George Eads is back in Sin City, baby!

The actor, who took a break from playing Nick Stokes in August after a reported off-camera dispute, is now slated to return for episode 9 that will tentatively air Nov. 20.

Eads was last seen on the series during episode 3, which aired Oct. 9. Nick’s absence will be addressed in Wednesday’s 300th episode, when Marg Helgenberger reprises her role as Catherine Willows.

Eads is one of the few original cast members left on the CBS drama.

Jorja said they were going to do the first 10 episodes in a row, no break. I didn't think she meant they were filming the first ten, but actually airing them, bam bam bam. Since 11 is supposed to be a holiday episode, that would kind of make sense...
