Two clips from tomorrow's episode:

This one has Jo and Flack talking about the A-case with the fallen balcony.
This one has Jo coming into Mac's office and learning that John Curtis has raped another woman.

(I guess I was wrong about the promo - that clip of Jo saying she was going to be sick is from the B-case.)

Tomorrow's episode is going to bug me. I hate how the teens of America are stereotyped like this. We all don't just smoke, drink, and party. I'm in high school and I've never drank before. I'd like to think that most of the kids at my school don't drink and get drunk all the time, I can't picture them doing that.

TV shows and movies give us a bad rep!

If he always throws rock, you should be able to beat him easily, Don. :p

Love those two, for real. I'd watch a show with just them going after suspects.

CBS is posting videos and photos over on the Twitter/Facebook accounts, but I'm starting to think the tweets aren't being sent out from Carmine and Anna. Gary is in Vegas today and apparently on set at the same time.

So what is it that gets doubt cast on the trial next week? Lindsay having to testify about the vic being an escort?

^^ That was my thought last night, although I hope it's something else*. In any case, it seemed like foreshadowing that Jo told Lindsay that she hoped she'd do the right thing in a similar position (telling the truth even if it might hurt their case).

* I hate that 'you can't rape a prostitute' mentality - I don't care how many times a person does something willingly, it should never be done against their will. Period.

That was my first thought as well and I really can't see Lindsay debating lying to make a case so the foreshadowing seems like a moot point to me.

I also hate that mentality, or the mentality that if a woman was on a date or met someone in a bar or whatever that she was "looking for it." It just makes my blood boil.
