Can't catch up too fast to where they are in filming and we've already seen 5 episodes. Shane can probably confirm which episode they're on but I think it's somewhere around 8 or 9. Filming takes time and then post production takes time.

"Freaks and Geeks" wrapped production on September 28th, I believe. Then it has to go through post production and other phases before it can air. The following episode started production that same day (doubling up) and wrapped October 7th (I think - not sure on that one). They're filming episode nine right now.

Yes and look at the ratings ;) You don't wanna go up against the last few games if you can help it.

Is this episode still gonna air tonight? Because they post-poned the World Series due to weather until next week. Does that mean next week CSI will be another repeat? Fox now has an ep of Glee on. I have no idea what was on the hour before since the game wasn't on.

That's incorrect. The game was postponed to tomorrow, and if they do end up playing an extra game it will be Friday. CBS' schedule had nothing to do with World Series.

They failed hugely at the South African accent in this ep.

Other than that, my only comment is: poor Greg.

Poor Greg is right. Although I can't say I blamed him for falling at first, Ellen was gorgeous! Loved the banter between Greg and Nick this episode, really reminescent of the early days where Nick played the big brother looking out for Greg. :)

The thing that bothered me about this episode is how the writers portrayed Greg as a bit unprofessional. Taking personal calls while working, and running off by himself (which nearly got him killed). Other than that I was happy to have a Greg heavy ep.
