Danny paused for a moment, his brows shooting up as he looked at Stella. "Y'know.. I'd rather not... I want to try and live as long as possible and I don't think Mac would let me get away with that," he stated.
"At least he'd let you go all at once then make you endure thousands of head slaps," Tony then said.
"I don't hit that hard," Gibbs frowned a bit.

Catherine aimed again and pulled the trigger of the Desert Eagle. "Shit..." she mumbled as it passed right through a hole they had blown in its body. Firing a few more rounds, Catherine felt herself back up and hit something. "...Trevor, please tell me I just backed up into you..."

"My point exactly. Concider yourself lucky," Tony then said before looking to Abby. "Abs, you're lucky too, you know that, right?"
Gibbs shot a sideways glare at Tony before sighing and shaking his head, dropping his arm from the younger agent's shoulders. "I honestly don't hit that hard," he muttered.
"I'm happy Mac doesn't resort back to physical 'abuse'," Danny grinned a bit.
"Doesn't mean he can't start," Gibbs then replied.

Flack shook his head, leaning up to kiss Lindsay's cheek gently. "No 'buts' about it.. We're going to make it through this, and I won't deny that I feel a bit scared myself."

"He might have just given me an idea." Stella said with a smile as she turned to Danny. "I'm just kidding hun, I love you too much to hurt you, I did see Mac having his way with you a few days ago on that Marine's case." she told him with her eyes narrowed.

Something seemed to snap in the back of Danny's mind, glaring angerly at Stella. "I was fuckin' pissed off that Aiden died, and I thought you had the guy. Mac told me that that guy wasn't tellin' ya anythin' so I was sayin' I could make him crack wide open given a few minutes. I was damned pissed off," the younger CSI growled. That day was still a little touchy to Danny.
Tony pouted, going to say something to Abby but he heard Danny snap back to Stella, his attention drawing back to the young New York CSI. It was then he was reminded of Kate and when she was alive, but he didn't say anything.
Gibbs smiled to Abby a bit, hugging her back. He whispered a thanks to her before quietly listening to Danny go off. It was probably a good thing the young man got it off his chest now rather than in the 'battle field'. Unfortunately, it also reminded him of Kate just like it did Tony.

Abby nodded at Gibbs, and heard Danny and looked back at Gibbs and Tony, she knew they were thinking of Kate, she was to, She gave them both a knowing smile, and gave them each a hug.

It was Gibbs' turn to wrap one arm around Abby's and Tony's shoulders as they walked. He smiled to the both of them for a moment, letting each of them fall into a knowing, comfortable silence. He was almost going to treat it as a moment of rememberance like one would do on Rememberance Day in November.

Abby just fell into step, and glanced at the two men occasionally. They all missed Kate, she knew it, and said a little prayer for Kate to watch over them.

Tony looked over to the two, nodding a bit. "What is it, boss?"
