    After watching a couple of seasons of CSI, i have noticed that you only become truly famous when you've appeared on CSI. Well, at least that's my opinion... :D :lol:

    Nelly Furtado: CSI:NY
    Chad Michael Murray: CSI
    Paulley Perrette(NCIS): CSI
    Bree (desperate houswives): CSI
    And who could forget Anthony Zuiker appearing on CSI as well?

    Ok, of course you don't have to appear on CSI to become truly famous but still... :D :lol: :p

    I had never heard of Carmine Giovinazzo and didn't pay much attention to him as Thumpy G on the original CSI, but he went on to be a star of CSI:NY.

    I did not watch West Wing, but fell in love with Emily Procter on CSI:M.

    Actually, the only regulars I remember from previous roles were Marg Helgenberger, Wallace Langham, David Caruso, Khandi Alexander, Gary Sinise, and Melina Kanakaredes. All the others I may have seen in previous movie or television roles but are now well known fom the CSI series.

    Actually, Marcia Cross who plays Bree had a recurring role as Michael psycho ex-girlfriend Kimberly on Melrose Place and she was well known from that!

    Josh Holloway as Kenny Richmond, mouthed off to the press grassing up Nick Stokes in 'Assume Nothing' before getting to be Sawyer in Lost.

    Well, didn't Melinda Clarke play "Lady Heather" before she got the role on "The O.C."? I don't remember her before CSI, but maybe she'd done plenty. I just don't remember her.

    Kate Walsh known for Grays Anatomy was in episode 5X08 of CSI (CH-CH-CHANGES) playing a transsexual man. 0.o

    Sasha Alexander who played Kate in NCIS was (I think) a lawyer in CSI - Alter Boys.

    And don't forget T.R Knight who is also in Grey's Anatomy appeared in CSI too. XX I think.

    You gotta love the fact they got Roger Daltry of The Who to appear on the show AND to sing! That made my day, the guy's a legend! :D

    Ian Somerhalder (Boone from Lost) was in LV's Revenge is Best Served Cold and Miamis 'The Best Defense before he got the role in Lost. :D

    Having just watched One of Our Own (CSI Miami)I noticed two "Ugly Betty" actors Eric Mabius who plays Daniel Meade and Kevin Alejandro who plays Santos :D
