Why orange?

I'm from the UK and this is my first post. So a simple question.

Why does orange appear everywhere, especially in the clothes people wear?

Is it to compliment h's hair?

It is a hot color to distinguish sunny Miami (filmed in LA) from the blue tinted New York series (filmed in LA) and whatever the original Las Vegas series uses (filmed in... I think you get the idea). What upsets some fans is when all the Miami characters wear the same color clothes in different styles. Imagine Togo or Procter arriving at the studio and checking the calendar. "Looks like it is purple day. Let's go check KMart."

I wanted some get story. The different shades of orange sometimes over shadow the great story and acting though.

Well Florida is know for it's "oranges"...maybe it's a subtle plug for the Citrus Industry...

That was a hoot!!! You just gave me a good laugh, & they could SO do that; the whole cast, that'd be good. Could you imagine their S6 promo pic on the label covers of Minute Maid!!!!!

Haha, They use the colors to show the differences between the shows.

So yeah, I think it's just a coincidence that the orange flatters H's hair

Or maybe it's to lure the audience into flase sense of security... convice them all is good, sunny and happy, when really MURDER
