Nick, cuz of his coolness and his "anybody's buddy" personality.

Greg, because of his carefree spirit.

Grissom, because without him, CSI wouldn't exist.

Sara, for well...I have my reasons, heh.

Well, hard to choose.
I'd have to say, Greg, Cath, Nick, Warrick (I haven't seen S8 yet but still, he'll always be there for me), Gil, Brass, ...
Wow, I like all of them
Anyway, if I had to narrow it down on two CSIs it would probably Cath and Greg. Cath because she a strong (hot) woman and Greg because he's funny and smart.
