Gals congratulations on the thread! I love all the titles and the ship name you posted before, although Im kinda partial to V&W.. brilliant idea.. but this one is awesome too!

Great wallpaper kaylyne! *waves* Love the moments you chose there.. and hhunter I love the song you posted, its very upbeat and it fits them.

I have lots of fave scenes from the two, but I'll put this first cuz the thread title came from this scene, this is from Season 5's Viva Las Vegas:

(Catherine looks around and takes a closer look at the toilet. She finds the urine on the floor in front of the bowl.)
CATHERINE: Why is it you guys can never hit the bowl?
DET. VARTANN: You know, if this guy took viagra, you're lucky he hit the floor
and not the ceiling.

hhunter i'm so waiting for the fic...

I was wandering, do you think V&W might have a thing going on, back then when Vartann was a junior Det (or whatever the rank was) and Cath was a stripper?? Maybe he met her while checking the club or sth one night, and he fell for her and tried to help her leave that place...Since the writers don't give us much to start with, we need to fill in the blanks (and there are so many...)

I think they met through Grissom
and Grissom got him his job in Vegas, just a thought
and when he met Catherine he was attracted to her right away, he loved the way she conducts herself and how secure she is in herself and how she has a "wild side" he heard about and not just her former dancing days

Nah, I don't see them having anything from back in Cath's stripper days. His reaction to the stippers practicing in "Bodies in Motion" (open-mouthed, distracted) says he hasn't been around strippers that much! If he'd seen Cath in her stripping days, he wouldn't have been distracted by the other women in that scene.

I can see the two of them meeting through the job, and going out together "off the clock" frequently in the last few years.
