Down: Was unceremoniously woken up by a loud baning on my door, that was my granny telling me to get up so I can mow the lawn later. And then she asked me whether she should bring me lunch. Hello, I've only just git up, I need breakfast not fast food.

Up: I'm awake now. And it was nice to know she cares

Down: It's cold, I don't want to get outside. But I have to. Damn.

Up: Didn't actually have to go teach Zulu kids English!!
Down: While doing my school running, my feet got soaked because the grass was wet.
