I didn't find that in part of the rules on the first page, I thought it was ok to ask a question about the actors of csi. I'll go ahead and post the answer so someone else can post a new question. Gary Sinise is the person that reccomended William Petersen for the role of Richard Chance.

Its not there thats why you didn't find it, thing is going outside the realm of the show is harder since the actors have had so much in their bio's. But actually you're answer Gary Sinise, and the question was about William Peterson that question should have (if allowed there) gone in the General Discussion, since it deals with actors/actresses or cross conversation of two or more CSI's. Hope that made sense. :D

I have a big question. If it is too hard, ask for a clue:

What guest charachter from CSI has the same name as a Twin Peaks character??

First clue is season 3

Thanks for finding the thread Destiny!

just to clarify you mean the character names are the same, or real names? Found an answer for 1 but not the other

The character with that name is both good and bad on Twin Peaks and CSI. Good in a way, bad in a way. Remember, on CSI he was a guest in one ep, in Twin peaks the character was in a bunch. Not the same actor, the same character name

The question was driving me insane, so I went to imdb.com and just compared shows. Took me ages.

Is that against the rules? If it is, please strip me of the turn. I could see no other way of finding out the answer.

In the episode "Organ Grinder", a husband is killed with selenium. Which CSI star has starred in a TV movie where he/she played the spouse that was poisoned with the same drug. Bonus points if you guess the name of the TV movie.

It isn't against the rules, but it's better not to, at least how I see it, but I'm sure that everyone has done it once or twice or more and I don't hold it against you at all. You get your turn...hard one!

I know it was Marg Helgenberger, and I seem to recall John Ritter maybe. The name of the movie escapes me though, although I'm sure I could look it up. It was an HBO movie I think.
