TOP EARNERS ON CSI

I just recieved my new TV Guide, and it's got the top earners of all genres, in drama, comedy, newcasters, reality shows, etc., but I'm just going to list our peeps on CSI. And they did take a pay cut:(

David Caruso earns $375,000 per episode~

Marg Helgenberger earns $375,000

Laurence Fishburne earns $350,000

Gary Sinise earns $275,000 [but he's producer as well, and it doesn't tell how much he earns for that title]

It doesn't list the rest of the casts salaries~

There is mega more but they're no CSI people, I'm going to post all of them on the TV/Media thread~

It's interesting to see how LF is paid less than the others and Gary Sinise even less so.

I wonder how they decide who gets paid what?
 
Well, the pecking order is Sunmer Redstone Viacom CEO, Les Moonves CEO of CBS.. Jerry Bruckheimer Ex. Producer of, well everything. Who is the one who actually decides their salary, is a kept secret. But it probably has alot to do with all of these big wigs~And Laurence Fishburne was paid a hefty $14 million to be in part of season 9 and all of 10. So I think what he's making now makes up for the big chunk of change he received then~
 
Yeah looking at Sinise to Fishburne that's some crazy stuff! Considering Sinise has been a part A LOT longer.
 
But, Gary is an ex. producer as well, and it didn't say what he made in that title. Plus once again, LF replaced WP who made $600,000 per episode, when he left~plus they wooed Fishburne from the big screen to TV!
 
So Marg's "We all took pay cuts" quote wasn't exactly true, was it? She's getting more this year than she did last year.

As you can see, Marg and LF did take a cut this year.
Marg: 390,000 to 375,000
LF: 375,000 to 350,000

Also, I remember reading last year that LF receives some perks for his production company from CBS. Plus, CSI does work around his schedule with other projects, and he receives top billing. So, it's not all about salary.

The lists are definitely incomplete. The other Grey's Anatomy co-stars are not included, and I'm pretty sure Sandra Oh makes at least 100k per episode. Simon Baker is on last year's list, but for some reason left off this season's. So, I don't know how they determine who goes on the list, but it does seem to be mostly the shows' leading actors.
 
I read a few years back that the "rest of the cast "George, Eric, Jorja made $225,000 per episode. So for some reason we don't get their salaries as of now. But George said "he wanted to play with the adults" and was hinting why wasn't he making as much as much as Marg etc. but if they all got their pay cut, what about the accompanying cast members? And BTW thank's jtd for the link to the past and now;)Here's a link that talks about Laurence and his offer of the $14 mill that he got paid for coming on board. Carol Mendelsohn said "he was at the top of our dream list"

I read this article in vivid detail and it says [sad ] that some regulars will appear in "fewer episodes" Marg Helgenberger's new 'deal' with CSI also calls for her to have a lighter workload in S/11, and it helps to trim the show's budget in the face of declining ratings:( Gosh I hope that this picks up with Zuiker back on the writing staff~
 
Does anyone wonder what the rest of the cast members earn? I remember a while back [I'll try and find this] when they did post the secondary cast members of the team and it said "Nick & Jorja earned $225,000 per episode", so I don't know why the had it then and keep us in the dark now. It's no biggie but I think some fans would be interested in this~
 
*Bump* I was just reading on the "Pool Shark", and how much Charlie Sheen made per ep. and thought I'd post a brief rundown of the top earners for those who haven't seen this [from TV Guide.. August 2010]~

1 Charlie Sheen..$1.25 million per ep.

2 Jon Cryer $550,000 per ep.

3 Hugh Laurie $400,000 per ep.

4 Mariska Hargitay $395.00 per ep. Christopher Meloni same~

5 Mark Harmon $375,000 per ep.



CSI stars~
