You may feel free to offer clues if/when someone asks. Alternatively, some choose to simply give hints if the round progresses for quite some time with no correct guesses, though I wouldn't highly recommend it as the object of the game is to stump everyone. (Unless, like I mentioned, someone asks for a hint)
