Well as much as I would love to see Nick win I agree with the others here. This game has become very stressful and I do like the idea of calling it a draw. I think that by calling it a draw Nick's fans and Ryan's fans can sit back and say that they both are the best which we all know and if that doesn't work I like speedy's idea of 'duking it out' on the street :guffaw:

glad everyone is happy the fans for both final contenders were pretty evenly matched, so it truly could have gone back and forth forever :lol: or, depending on time zones, one group could have got at it while the others werent around. and thats just not fair, or the point of the game...

I too am glad the the game is over and it ended with agreement by all. After last year's ending I think this is the fairest way to end it. Now we can all start our recruiting for next year's battle

If I may make a suggestion, for next time (if there is a next time)...

I'd suggest splitting the original list into three, and start the game in the three show forums, then taking the top 10 or whatever from each show, and putting them against each other here. If that makes sense at all.

Of course, that still leaves us with the same problem when we get down to the last few :lol:

I can live with the draw! I think it's hard to put all the people from all the shows against each other since not everyone watches all three. Maybe next time we can do each seperate show?

we can definitely tweak the way it works for next year. i think its best in the summer as things are quieter and it gives people something to do when all the shows are in repeats.

i think last year was very straightforward with the polls, but we cant do that on the new board. plus it wasnt very interactive. ill keep everything in mind for next time (i know its a long way away!), and will probably open up the thread for suggestions before starting to make sure we come up with the best way to run things
