Ryan: Lily, please leave Ian alone.
Lily: But Daddy, I love Ian.
Ryan: We know, Lily. Now go watch Barney or something. Uncle Eric is going to bring Deven over while Daddy
goes to work.

*knock on door*
Ryan: And there they are.
Delko: Wolfe....
Ryan: You don't sound too happy.
Delko: Just some family problems
Ryan: Oh, What happened?
Delko: Kaitelynn's pregnant.
Ryan: Dang man. I have my hands full with two.
Delko: Exactly.
Ryan: If you need to talk I'll be around later. After I go to our slaving job.
Delko: Of course.
Ryan: Bye. Oh and thanks.
Delko: No problem.


*at work*
Natalia: We got a scene.
Ryan: Okay. I'll get my kit.

*at the crime scene*
Ryan: Hey, Alexx, what do we got?
Alexx: One female. Name's Haley Richardson. Age 15.
Ryan: She was just a kid, Alexx.
Alexx: Yeah, apparently someone did not like her.
Ryan: Her parents home?
Alexx:Yeah, they are inside.

*inside theRichardson's house*
Natalia: Mr. and Mrs. Richardson, hi my name is Natalia Boa Vista. I'm with the crime lab. I'm here to ask you

a few questions about your daughter.
Mr.Richardson: Okay.
Natalia: Was she seeing anyone?
Mr. Richardson: Not that I know of. But that doesn't really matter, now does it.

Natalia: Actually it means a lot, we need to know who killed her and something like that could help us.
Mrs.Richardson: There was this one boy about one month ago, we made them break-up because he caused her

grades to slip a lot and she came home with a tattoo one day. That was the last guy she ever dated.
Natalia: Thank you
Natalia: Do you know his name?
Mrs.Richardson: Blake, I believe.
Natalia: Blake what?
Mr.Richardson: Roberts.
Natalia:Thank you.We'll get back to you as soon as we know anything.

*in the morgue*
Alexx: She was suffocated. Looks like she didn't expect it. There are no defensive wounds.
Ryan: So you mean it was like a suprise attack.
Alexx: Seems to be.
Ryan: Thanks Alexx.
 
Chapter 2
*at the Wolfe household*

Delko: Naptime.
Lily: No.
Delko: Please.
Lily:No.
Delko:I'll give you five dollars.
Lily: Make it ten.

Delko: Where did you learn that from?
Lily: My daddy, now gimme.
Kaitelynn :Eric! Don't you dare pay that child ten bucks to lie down
Delko: But she won't lie down how else are you suppose to get her to listen?
Kaitelynn: Read her a story and then put her in her bed
Delko: You always have to make everything more difficult.
Kaitelynn: What was that!?!
Delko: Nothing.
*hands lily ten dollars*
Delko: Don't tell your aunt
Lily: Yes sir! * giggles and goes to lay down*


*In the Lab*
Ryan: Natalia, did you get those results I asked for
Natalia: Yeah, the funny thing is they matched up to an old case we hads finger prints
Ryan: And who would that be?
Natalia: Oliver Hanchtonson
Ryan: Oh really. I could have sworn he was dead.
Natalia: Yeah he is. That's what's so funny.
Ryan: So we have to find out why a dead guys prints are at our crime scene.
Natalia: That's your job. Not mine.
Ryan: Yeah I will get right on it, thanks
Natalia: Your welcome, so how are things at home with the kids?
Ryan: Good, wish someone was there to help me though
Natalia: I'm sorry
Ryan: Well it's not your fault.
Natalia: It's not yours either...
Ryan: That's what everyone says.
Natalia: Well maybe if everyone says it then it's true.
Ryan: Actually...
Natalia: Yes, I know. Not everything you hear is true. Just don't call me a mole.
Ryan: I wasn't. I was going to call you a gossip.
Natalia: Well aren't you a sweetheart?
Ryan: I know and that is what everyone loves about me.
Natalia: Oh yeah, that is just so sexy.
Ryan: Isn't it?
Natalia: Has anyone ever told you that you are too cofident in your looks?
Ryan: No. They usually tell me I have every right to be. Until you.
Natalia: I was only kidding. And you do have every right to be.
Ryan: Are you hitting on me?
Natalia: Maybe...


Heather: Sorry to interrupt but Dr.Woods sent me to give this to you.
Ryan: Oh, thanks.


*Reads letter*
Ryan: Ugh, I have to go but we will continue this fight later, I don't give up that easy
Natilia: Didn't think you would.
 
chapter 3
*in the morgue*
Ryan: Hey,Alexx. What's up?
Alexx: Ryan, I know why Oliver Hanchtonson's prints were found at the scene. He and Haley have seven alleles in common. They're family.
Ryan: Do you know how?
Alexx: Probably her father.
Ryan: I need to go talk to her parents again. Thanks, Alexx.


*back in the lab*
Ryan: Hey, Boa Vista, come on. We've got a lead.
Natalia: Who?
Ryan: The dad.
Natalia: That's a twist why would he want his daugeter dead?
Ryan: That is what we are going to find out.



*At the Richardson's home*
Ryan: Mr. and Mrs. Richardson! CSI we need to ask you some more questions!

Mr.Richardson: What do you want?
Ryan: Just the person I wanted to see.
Natalia: We have reason to belive you killed or help kill your daughter, we are going to take you down to the station and ask you a few questions and get some DNA.

Mr. Richardson: What are you talking about? She's my daughter. I love her. Why would I kill her.
Ryan: And that's why we need your DNA. See I don't think you're her biological father, Mr. Richardson.
Mr. Richardson: And who might her real father be?
Ryan: I'm not allowed to discuss that with you. Natalia, could you take him in. I'll go talk to Mrs. Richardson.
Natalia: Of course, Ryan.


Ryan: Mrs. RIchardson, do you mind if I ask you a few questions?
Mrs. richardson: No. Go right ahead.
Ryan: Okay. I know this is probably something that you don't want to talk about but is your husband your daughter's biological father.
Mrs. Richardson: I never told eithe rone of them this but no, he's not.
Ryan: Do you know her real father?
Mrs. Richardson: He's dead. Oliver Hanchtonson was his name.

Ryan: Is there any way that your husband could have found out that Haley wasn't his daughter?
Mrs.Richardson: Not that I know of, no.
Ryan: Thank you we will get back to you when we find out some more information.

*At the Station*

Natalia: Hey, Valera, can you run this for me?
Valera: Sure. When do you need it?
Natalia: ASAP.
Valera: Okay. I'll do it next.
Natalia: Thank you.

Ryan: Natalia!
Natalia: What?
Ryan: He's not her dad. Oliver was. The mom says that she doesnt think that there's a way he could've found out that Haley wasn't his.
Natalia: If he did though, it gives him motive.
Ryan: Oh and I did a background check on her ex-boyfriend. He has a record. Fighting and underage drinking.
Natalia: Maybe they were secretly together and he got violent.
Ryan: Yeah maybe. So what are we going to do until DNA comes back? We can't let the guy go until we have results and we can't bring the boyfriend in wothout probable cause.
Natalia: I say get both of them here and question them after the resluts come back in.
Ryan:Okay, I will tell Delko to get the boyfriend.
Ryan: Delko!
Delko:Yeah?
Ryan: I need you to stop by Blake Roberts's house and pick him up.
Delko:Sure thing man.
 
chapter 4
*at the Roberts's home*
Delko: Mr. and Mrs. Roberts I'm Eric Delko. I work for the crime lab. I'm here to ask your son a few questions about his ex girlfriend, Haley Richardson.
Mr. Roberts: Sure. I'll go and get him for you, Officer.
Delko: Thank you.

Blake: Umm..my dad said you wanted to ask me some questions.
Delko: Yeah.
Blake: Okay go ahead.
Delko: Are you seeing Haley Richardson?
Blake: Well her parents forced her to break up with me about a month ago. But we secretly got back together about a week ago. Listen her parents don't know about this. Could you maybe keep this quiet?
Delko: Blake, you're part of a murder investigation. That's going to be kind of hard. But I'll try.
Blake: Thanks. Did you have any more questions?
Delko: Yeah. Do you know of anyone who might have wanted to hurt Haley?
Blake: i don't think so. But she told me the other day that she found out that Mr. Richardson wasn't her dad.
Delko: Do you think maybe he found out too?
Blake: I don't know but he did seem kind of violent the one time I met him.
Delko: Thanks, Blake. You've been a big help.


*back at the lab*
Delko: Hey, Heather, what's up?
Heather: Not much. Although I think we're fixing to have another ofice relationship.
Delko: Yeah? Who?
Heather: Wolfe and Boa Vista.
Delko: Are you sure because he is still pretty down about what happened a few years back.
Heather: Yeah I am sure I saw them flirting.
Delko: Listen, all I am saying is that you shouldn't go trying to start something that hasn't happened yet.
Heather : Okay.
You sound a little worked up over this, Eric. You jealous or something?
Delko: No, I'm married.
Heather: Sure, Delko.



Delko: Hey,Ryan?
Ryan: Yeah?
Delko: You and Natalia got something going on?
Ryan: Well not that I know of. But you never know around here.
Delko: Yeah okay because Heather just told me she saw you two flirting.
Ryan: I flirt with everyone if you haven't noticed.
Delko: That's true.
Delko: I am getting worked up over nothing,
Ryan: You are starting to turn into your wife,
Delko: Watch it.
Ryan: Okay man whatever, so did you get the boyfriend?
Delko: Yeah. Says they got back together. Also says dad might be violenet.
Ryan: Yeah. Oliver was her father. So he has motive. Now all we have to do is place him back at the scene.
Delko: I'm going back.
Ryan: Need any help?
Delko: No I got it.


Natalia: Hey, Ryan, you got a minute?
Ryan: Yeah sure, what do you need?
Natalia: Well for starters we never finshed that fight that you were so determined to finsh and did you get the story on the boyfriend so we can either let the father go or lock him up?
Ryan: Yes to the second one and to the first one, we got time so lets finsh it
Natalia: You are unbelivable
Ryan: You find that sexy too?
Natalia: Yes your smugness is very attractive.
Ryan: Why thank you. Delko and Heather think we have something going on.
Natalia: They do?
Ryan: Yeah. That could be what I need right now.
Natalia: What?
Ryan: A thing.
Natalia: Yeah. You've been through a lot, Ryan. You need someone to be there for you.
Ryan: Like you maybe.
Natalia: What was that?
Ryan: Nothing, would you like to uh, I haven't done this in a while.
Natalia: Are you asking me out?
Ryan: Maybe. Only if you say yes.
Natalia: I would love to.
Ryan: Great I will pick you up at 7.
 
YAY!!!! i love it!!! and Yay, i can picture them saying my name!!!!!!! but that's mainly because they do say it. in Broken Home seeing as i had the same name as the babysitter :D

*phone rings*
Delko: Delko.
Ryan: Hey man I need you to do me a big favor.
Delko: What?
Ryan: Can you watch my kids tonight?
Delko: Sure. Why?
Ryan: I... uh ..I have plans.
Delko: Okay, no questions. Until after.
Ryan: Great, thanks. I owe you.
Delko: Sure. Kaitelynn loves kids.
Ryan: That's fairly obvious. So how's pregnancy number 5 coming along?
Delko: A whole lot better than the first four.
Ryan: That's good. Well anyway did you find anything?
Delko: No but Alexx called and said the DNA under the vic's fingernails matched the dad.
Ryan: Great now we have enough to bring him in. I'll see you later, Eric.
Delko: Yeah man see you.
*hangs up phone*
Delko(to himself): That was odd, I just hope Kaitelynn doesn't want another kid after toinght.

*In Interrogation room*
Ryan: Mr. Richardson, explain to me how we found your DNA on the vic's nails.
Mr.Richardson: She's my daughter.
Ryan: Why'd she scratch you? Were you trying to kill her and she put up a fight?
Mr. Richardson: You seem to know everything. Why don't you tell me?
Ryan: You came up behind her. Put the sheet over her face and pulled. She tried to get away and scratched you.
Mr. Richardson: You think what you want.
Ryan: Why'd you do it?
Mr. Richardson: She told me I wasn't her father.
Ryan: You weren't. Officer, book him, please.


*later that night*
*at the Delko residence*
Ryan: Thanks again, Eric.
Delko: Sure.
Dylan: Dad, no. Mom's going to want another one after this. I don't know how much more I can take.
Ryan: Sorry, Dylan.
Dylan: It's not your fault.
Ryan: Okay, I got to run. I'll see you guys later.
Delko: Bye.
*Delko shuts the door*
Delko: Go tell your mother what you just told me.
Dylan: Why don't you?
Delko: Because she won't listen to me and if you tell her she won't want another.
Dylan: Yes sir.

Dylan: Hey, Mom.
Kaitelynn: Yes, Dylan?
Dylan: Dad wanted me to come tell you what I told him when Uncle Ryan was here.
Kaitelynn: And what was that?
Dylan: I told him that we shouldn't babysit Ian and Lily because everytime they come over you and Dad end up having another baby. And I don't know how much more I can take.
Kaitelynn: I will give you five dollars to go get your father now.
Dylan: Sure thing. DAD! MOM WANTS YOU!
Kaitelynn: I could have done that.
Dylan: Then what did you need me for?
Kaitelynn: Here is your five bucks go Finsh you homework.
Delko: You rang?
Kaitelynn: Technically Dylan did, but yeah. Why did you send my son in here to tell me that you don't want anymore kids?
Delko: Because I knew you wouldn't yell at him.
Kaitelynn: Fair enough.
