Hey guys, i had a quick look through the forum for a Stargate thread, yet i did find one. However, it's last post was over a year ago and it had a little spam in. So i decided to make this thread.
This thread is for both SG-1 and Atlantis, also the movie if you want.

What's your favourite episode? Who's your favourite character?

I really don't like that Major John Sheppard; they brought him on so airily and then he sat down in some chair: he was able to activate said chair and control some light thingies. So? Then he got dragged along on that mission, his commanding officer died and he got control of a team when just a few das ago he didn't even know about any stargate or any atlantis- except from the legends. Then when he gets to Atlantis he acts as if he knows everything and then he goes around quoting stuff about the stargate.
He is just so... I just don't like the way they brought him into the picture. :rolleyes:
 
I love both! Too bad our channel stopped showing SG-1 after 5 season..I have to get dvds :(
But I love ATLANTIS! and Dr. Rodney Mckay... *sighs*

Gotta go to Swedish class, will continue after that :p

Rodney is sooooo my fave character and I don't like John Shepard (Joe Flanigan was btw in CSIM episode Slow Burn)

Richard Dean Anderson is awesome as O'Neill too bad if he'll leave after season 8. And Daniel Jackson *sighs*
Tho, I prefer movie's Daniel Jackson because it was Jamas Spader and Spader is just [ PG-13-o-Meter works also here and not just in CSINY forum ] !!!!

I like SG-1 a bit better than Atlantis.

Big fan of O'Neill. I like Carter and Hammond too.
 
I've only recently gotten into Stargate, but in the last 2 or 3 months I've bought all 7 box sets and watched them. I haven't seen Atlantis yet. I'll wait til the box set comes out and get it.

My fav out of SG-1 would have to be... Teal'c... I love how he acts and how he often confuses things and Chris Judd (i think that's his name) is a brilliant actor! I could think of anyone better to play the part.
And my fav out of Atlantis would have to be the scottish doctor. I think his name is Dr Beckett or something...
 
On Stargate SG1 i would probably like Teal'c and Jack,
On Stargate: Atlantis i would porbably like McKay
 
I was unhappy that they killed off Col. Sumner in the premiere episodes. I really liked him and think he would have made a good balance to all these witless scientists who can't see past their test tubes and nifty toys.
Besides, I adore Robert Patrick (who played Sumner) and would happily watch worse than Atlantis to see him every week.
