<font color=yellow>Sofia Milos</font> (Det. Yelina Salas) recently talked to OK Magazine about her possible return to Miami.
The actress said viewers might get the chance to see Detective Salas again, though she still doesn't know when. "My character is in Brazil right now, so I guess it depends on how the vacation goes. The producers have let me know that they would want me back, but there is no time frame."
While working on CSI: Miami Milos had the chance to visit the city a few times. She said the atmosphere of the city is intoxicating. "We shot there four times a year, and I loved it every time because it's such a great city. Every CSI is different, but I love ours the best. I think the photography, the atmosphere, the music – it's all great. I had such a great run on that show."
That energy that sets Miami apart from the other CSIs is one of the reasons why Milos is so eager to return to the show. "I feel so lucky to have done that show, I mean, when I first started as Detective Salas, the show was already reaching 16 million people. The ratings went up after my first few appearances, so they offered me a contract."
