Signature Banners Challenge - # 12 Winners Up!!

I think it's about time we had a signature banner challenge as it has been a while! I'm kind of hoping someone else agrees with me or it will be a very short challenge. :lol:

So, for this first one I thought of a simple theme, In the Lab . Use your imagination...

Friendly rules:

1. 220x75 size please
2. You can submit 1-3 banners
3. Any CSI show is OK by me!
4. Non animated banners only this time
5. Don't post them here, pm me Elsie with the link
6. Please submit by 5pm GMT on the 26th November
7. And although you all know this, no vulgar language allowed!

Wondering how to make banners? Have a look at the icon tutorials as the idea is the same (but the size is different). Join in as this is a perfect excuse to practice!

Anyone interested, any questions or something I have missed please let me know. ;)

Okay..I love the idea.. I'll definitely join to the challenge.
I have doubt could it be animated or not?

Thanks Andreina , very good question. I have decided non animated only this time. Hope that is OK and won't stop you from joining in. ;)

I have changed my first post to reflect this.

I think (and it is only my personal opinion) that animated banners are quite different so it might be unfair to include them with such a general topic area. If this goes well, then maybe next time we can think of a way to include the animated ones as well. :)

Great idea, Elsie, I thought about it, too, but was too bone idle to make the first step :D
And I think it's better without animated ones, because everybody likes another style and every program has other effects etc., so plain banners are - in my opinion - way better ;)

I started today to make myself a new banner so that´s a good excuse to make some more :D

Oh Great!! even better I've more experience in non-animated.. cuz in animated I am more like learning and exploring everything I can do in it.

But the next one is a must.

I'm so glad you are all joining. I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!! :D

The closing date isn't until Sunday, so there is plenty of time to enter and hopefully more participants will join us by then!

I understand you, Astrid, I'm also a bit busy this week, and now there are so many challenges I wanted to join, but I needed to decide me for only one - and it's this one. Oi, already excited!! :D

I know it's challenge city round here! ;)
It's fab to have so much choice but like you it's trying to find the time. Plus I'm a bit of a beginner so it takes me a while to get anything slightly ok! teehee.
Like the idea of a banner challenge though. Having that extra space to play with will be fun.

Thanks to those of you who have already sent entries in! And thanks cinegirl for making this your challenge of choice for the week!! ;) I love all the challenges, it is a great way to practice and see what others come up with too! But banners are now my favourite thing to make, I too like the extra space to play with. :lol:

Do I need to get some practice in for 'banner competition winners banners' if you know what I mean? Actually I will go away and practice that right now! Good night guys. :)

edited: I've had a little practice, and winners banners will be provided. I have worked out how to do it! (Yes, I'm new to banner making myself). :lol:
