Gooniegirl, did you make these banners in Photoshop? If so, how do you get the one text to be clear?

White color on softlight with a Bevel, =).

Thanks. I made a note of it to try later. I don't think I ever thought of duplicating the text layer and adding soft light or other types of blendings. I will definitely have to play around with those settings. Nice Speedle banner by the way.

Blackflag, I love the coloring on your first LV banner and the black strip on the side of the second one and how everything in the background is grayed out in the third so that Nick is the focus.

That's what I love about photoshop: you can play with every layer in any way you want and still have a chance to undo it, =).
