Signature Banners #4 - Showcase, Links and Requests

I've finally managed to work out how to make my first animated banner but the problem is I can't work out how to get it from adobe ImageReady to the signature part of me post?
Can someone please PM me or sommin. thanks loadz :D *gives cookies*
 
^Congrats on making your first animated banner! You need to save it as a .gif file, upload it to something like photobucket, then click on 'my home' at the top of the forum pages. Click on edit to the right of the 'personal information' section. Scroll down to 'signature' and copy the image tags in. So it should look like [image]http://etc...[/image], then preview to see if it looks right. :)

Erm, I'm not fully sure because I haven't used imageready yet, have a look at this icon tutorials info they have mentioned it here (scroll to the top of the page). I think you need to 'file' and then 'save optimised' to save as a .gif file in imageready.

Ryan_lover your banner looks awesome, and congrats on making it! The only thing is, the banner for Talk CSI can only be 220x75, anything bigger than that shouldn't be put up, because of dial-up users and all that jazz. Maybe you could have someone help you resize it, or resize it yourself :D
 
^thanks! and congrats on becoming a mod Wyoming! :D I now fixed it but now I think it looks too small! I can't see the cuteness of Ryan, Greg or Calleigh proper! :p but if I make it any bigger it will be back to the size it was before. :p

Edit: tis ok now cuz cinegirl fixed it for me! :D

cinegirl your banners are gorgeous. Have snagged all nick/snickers for future use, hope thats ok (will credit of course) :)
