Okay, Rachel was faster than me, but I've finished the banner, too, so here you go with another version Nora:

Nadine, I'm using Ulead Photo Impact 11, it includes a gif animator and is - after a short time - pretty easy to handle; but it's also a bit expensive ;)
 
This picture...if you can fit it "Thanks for fighting the bad guys" if not just "Hero"
