Here's my simple explanation...

The phrase 'I'm too sexy' means that the person is so sexy that they outdo anything they are wearing or doing.

For example. In this picture George Eads is too sexy for his shirt!

So a person can be too sexy for their sunglasses, or their hat, or their car...

It can also mean someone is too sexy for something they really should not be wearing, like a bad pair of glasses or a really ugly tie! Some people are definitely too sexy for that!

I hope I have explained it good enough!
